EA Play - NHL 20 has a lock icon
Hello, I am a longtime EA Play subscriber on my PlayStation 5 with a current subscription, and I am having trouble with a game I am currently playing. I have been playing NHL20 on my PS5 for a very long time (I have almost 500 hours on it), and I went on holiday for a about 10 days and suddenly I cannot play the game. When I go to launch it I get an error message that says I need to purchase it, but when I go to look at the game it isn't available for purchase. I had a chat with a clueless EA support rep who said the game was no longer supported because the servers were just shut down, but that isn't accurate as the servers were shut down in 2024. I would like to continue playing this game. I had a similar issue with NHL25 and NHL26 with them having lock icons and being unplayable, and support here ended up giving me a code for NHL25, as they said it is a known issue. Can someone look into this and assist me please? Thank you!79Views0likes3CommentsBring Medal of Honor: Airborne to EA Play and PS5
Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play EA, please consider bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PlayStation 5 and adding it to EA Play. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. Whether through backward compatibility, a digital re-release, a remaster, or inclusion in EA Play, any effort to make Airborne accessible again would be greatly appreciated by the community. Adding the game to EA Play would also strengthen the service’s catalog of classic EA titles. The Medal of Honor franchise played a major role in shaping the military shooter genre, and Airborne deserves to be preserved alongside EA’s other iconic games. There is a passionate community of fans who still talk about Airborne nearly two decades after its release. The continued interest in classic shooters shows that there is a market for preserving and celebrating great games from previous generations. If you support bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play, please leave a comment, share your memories of the game, and vote in the poll below. The more support this discussion receives, the better chance EA will recognize the demand for bringing back this beloved classic. Thank you for considering this request. #BringBackMOHAirborne #MedalOfHonorAirborne #EAPlay #PS55 Would you like to see Medal of Honor: Airborne come to PS5 and EA Play? A) Yes, I’d play it on day one. B) Yes, especially if it’s included with EA Play. C) Yes, and I’d support a remaster. D) Maybe, depending on features and pricing. Why is there no EA Play promotion for PlayStation players? Seems discriminatory
Hi. There's an ongoing promotion right now, which gives access to PC players for just 0.99 $ / € the first month. Why is there no such campaign for PlayStation players though? Seems kinda discriminatory. We had the last promotion last year IIRC.Solved85Views1like4CommentsSuspicous EA account linked to my Playstation account
Hello EA, I hope you all doing well. I would like to inform that I am unable to play FC25 on my PS5 and my PS5 is powered with my PS id- [edit: email address removed]. Whenever I open the FC25 game on PS5 it says that " your accout has been disabled" I tried to login into EA website using the PS id platform option, then i entered my email - [edit: email address removed] and it said that please enter the code sent to "br*****@bastnasitemail.ru." i don't recognize this account and surely it is a hackers email. Moreover, i check on this suspicious email domain - "bastnasitemail.ru." and found that it is blacklisted domain on servers. That confirms that account- "br*****@bastnasitemail.ru." is hacker Now the problem is this suspicious EA account is attached to my PS ID- [edit: email address removed] and due to which I won't be able to play any EA games on my Playstation. Please help me on this as early as possibleSolved74Views0likes3CommentsDisconnect EA Account or give me my money back.
The old ea account name is rileytheninja. My old Xbox gamertag, brassdeep, is permanently tied to an ea username I cannot access. You’re scamming people by selling them games with broken online functionality. I have spent over 3 weeks opening over 35 tickets in your support bot and have found it mechanically impossible to remove an account I cannot access from my console. You’re scamming people and you’ve lost any respect I had for you as a game distributor. I just wanted to play f1 online. You always “send a reset to the console” but this notoriously doesn’t work for anybody anywhere on earth. I have tried I have tried again. I will not try it a 36th time. everybody who interacts with this bot fully gives up your product. You are bleeding money by being cheap useless garbage. DO NOT TELL ME “Please use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page to open a case”. It DOES NOT FUNCTION AS A SOLUTION. THIS IS A KNOWN BUG.Solved117Views0likes3CommentsEA Play is no longer listed in PlayStation Store under 'Subscriptions'.
I am in the UK and have been checking EA Play once or twice a week since the BF6 open beta because I want to know when BF6 will appear for download. I went yesterday to check and EA Play is no longer listed under the 'Subscriptions' page - it previously had been listed below GTA+. I can do a manual search for EA Play and I can find it that way, but I can also no longer access the full list of games available, only the most recent. I have tried to play all of the EA Play games I have downloaded onto my PS5 and they all work without issue, which means it isn't a licensing issue on my part. Anyone know why the app page & games list are missing? Thanks.Solved328Views1like2Comments
