EA Play - NHL 20 has a lock icon
Hello, I am a longtime EA Play subscriber on my PlayStation 5 with a current subscription, and I am having trouble with a game I am currently playing. I have been playing NHL20 on my PS5 for a very long time (I have almost 500 hours on it), and I went on holiday for a about 10 days and suddenly I cannot play the game. When I go to launch it I get an error message that says I need to purchase it, but when I go to look at the game it isn't available for purchase. I had a chat with a clueless EA support rep who said the game was no longer supported because the servers were just shut down, but that isn't accurate as the servers were shut down in 2024. I would like to continue playing this game. I had a similar issue with NHL25 and NHL26 with them having lock icons and being unplayable, and support here ended up giving me a code for NHL25, as they said it is a known issue. Can someone look into this and assist me please? Thank you!Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to EA Play and PS5
Bring Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play EA, please consider bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PlayStation 5 and adding it to EA Play. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. Whether through backward compatibility, a digital re-release, a remaster, or inclusion in EA Play, any effort to make Airborne accessible again would be greatly appreciated by the community. Adding the game to EA Play would also strengthen the service’s catalog of classic EA titles. The Medal of Honor franchise played a major role in shaping the military shooter genre, and Airborne deserves to be preserved alongside EA’s other iconic games. There is a passionate community of fans who still talk about Airborne nearly two decades after its release. The continued interest in classic shooters shows that there is a market for preserving and celebrating great games from previous generations. If you support bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 and EA Play, please leave a comment, share your memories of the game, and vote in the poll below. The more support this discussion receives, the better chance EA will recognize the demand for bringing back this beloved classic.
