Problème compte EA
J'ai un problème avec mon compte EA original. Je ne suis plus en mesure de me connecter à celui-ci car l'adresse courriel lié à ce dernier n'existe plus. EA oblige la réinitialisation du mot de passe. Résultat ? Mon compte est inaccessible et je ne suis pas en mesure de lié mon compte xbox à un autre compte !! Je n'ai plus accès à mes jeux... ni en jouer de nouveaux... c'est très frustant. Surtout avec l'arrivé de BF6 que j'avais précommandé que je devrai canceller je crois bien... J'ai dû créer un nouveau compte afin de venir écrire ici, sur EA help, partout bref pour trouver comment résoudre mon problème !! Comment résoudre mon problème ??
I accidentally purchased the PC subscription when I wanted the PS one
I was trying to get the EA Play subscription for PlayStation but somehow ended up getting the PC subscription. I would like to have this changed to PS as I do know play on my PC only on my PS4 console. I have attached a picture showing it is a PC Subscription. I have linked my PSN account to EA Play already. Please can this be changed or can I be refunded so that I can take the right subscription
unable to launch battlefield 1 expansions on game pass ultimate
hello, I have tried every solution I could find online by searching and I am stumped so am writing this post. I recently downloaded and played through the battlefield 1 campaign and when I finished I was looking to play the expansions too, however in-game shows all expansions and premium pass as owned but there is no option to launch any of the expansions it just takes me to a checkout screen to purchase them. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled everything then installed only base game and then add-ons after separately and it's always the same problem any ideas?Why are you deceiving us with EA Play FAKE CAMPAIGNS ?
Just like this user registered 12 years ago mentioned here: ea play psn | EA Forums - 12472180 , me and a few friends from all around the world can also confirm that the recent campaign with the $0.99 / €0.99 etc. for a month's subscription was FAKE! Why are you deceiving people like this? We tried all possible methods on August 18 and 19 through the PlayStation (Store) website & through our PlayStation 4 consoles, but nothing worked! Prove that this was not Fake by bringing it back (for real this time) for at least a couple of days and stop giving us the same copy-paste answers with "please note that some offers are platform-specific and may vary depending on the store" or others similar to this.
EA Play Pro Issue
Hello, I purchased EA Play Pro thinking I can use it for Madden and BF6 on PC then play College Football on PS5 which seemed like a good deal. I went to download College Football on PS5 and it has come to attention EA Play Pro does not work like that? Is that accurate? Is there plans to change this or bring College Football to PC? If not, there is no point in purchasing Pro and this will be the last year I give EA any money. Thanks!
