Problems with purchasing a subscription for PS 5
I have a problem. I can't buy an EA Play subscription on PS5. The website and the console itself are showing an error message: "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later." And the website says "something went wrong." There is enough money in my account.

Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now. Even when I access it through my specific PlayStation link it’s working on my PS5 saying I have it.
Account ea bloccato permenentemente
Buongiorno, ho scoperto due giorni fa che il mio account EA è stato bloccato in maniera definitiva. Ora, io non ho la più pallida idea di come ciò sia successo, non giocato da più di un anno e solo offline, non ho mai insultato nessuno o usato software che neanche conosco in quanto non sono un esperto di informatica. La notifica del blocco (che appunto ho visto solo due giorni fa) mi è arrivata in un giorno in cui ero in viaggio, quindi neanche ho giocato quel giorno. Ho contattato ieri l'assistenza EA per contestare la decisione , ho aperto la pratica ma mi hanno detto che la sanzione resta in vigore, senza ulteriore spiegazioni. Ora, io tra console, gioco e abbonamento online ho pagato tipo 600 euro, sul gioco ( ea 25) non riesco neanche a fare l'aggiornamento delle rose in quanto non è possibile collegarmi online. Ho pensato di eliminare il profilo e crearne un altro ma ho letto che non servirebbe, quali soluzioni ci sono? GrazieCan't download game in the EA Play list (PS5)
Hey! I recently subscribed to EA play specifically to play UFC 5, since it was on the list when i checked the games available for download, however when I got around to downloading it, there simply wasn't an option to. After searching the forums I found out that the since it was on a deal, the Playstation store removed it from the games available for download, frustrating, but whatever. Now the deal is over, yet it still only offers me a 10% discount on the price of the game. Can anyone help me with this? I know for a fact that it should be available on the list in my country (Hungary) since it shows up on the EA play website. Thanks in advanceProblem de compte
