Season pass level 40 reward bugged

I just went to claim all of the rewards in the FC 26 Season Pass, and the final reward is a choice between an 89 Barella card and a pack, but when I went to redeem this reward it bugged and didn’t show me a pick between the two, just a blank screen, and then the game crashed. When I rebooted the game, I went back in, expecting it to let me try and reclaim the reward, but it says it had already been claimed, but I received neither the player or the pack, which makes no sense. I was going to pick the player card and was hoping to either get the reward reinstated to my account, or simply to just have the 89 Barella card added to my club, as I worked hard to reach the level required to unlock him, and am now left with nothing to show for  it. The rest of the rewards seemed to be claimed fine, it was just the level 40 reward that failed to redeem properly.
