Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a serious FPS issue in FC Mobile after the recent update. Whenever I or my opponent scores a goal, a roughly 2-second goal animation plays. Immediately after this animation finishes, my FPS suddenly drops from a stable 60 FPS to around 30–40 FPS and does not return to a stable 60 FPS during gameplay. Before the recent change to the goal animation, I did not experience this issue. I have already tried lowering the graphics settings and other performance-related settings, but the problem still occurs. My device: • Realme Narzo 70 Turbo 5G • 16 GB RAM (including RAM expansion) • Android 16 • Realme UI • 120 Hz display This is affecting gameplay significantly, especially in H2H matches, because the FPS drop happens immediately after goals and can cause missed inputs and lost matches. Could you please investigate whether the new goal animation is causing a performance/FPS issue and provide a fix or workaround? Hi EA, This is actually the first time ever that I’m contacting you about FC Mobile, and I’m doing it because the gameplay after the Anniversary update has become extremely frustrating. I’ve been playing FIFA/FC Mobile since FIFA Mobile 23, so I’m very familiar with how the gameplay normally feels. Since this update, something feels seriously wrong. The main problems I’m experiencing: • There is a huge input/gameplay delay. Players react very slowly to commands, and I’m confident this is not an issue with my internet connection. • The players feel extremely heavy in general. Movement, reactions, turning, controlling the ball and changing direction all feel noticeably slower than before the update. • Defending has become extremely difficult. My defenders often react too late or don’t move the way I expect them to. • Tackling feels very inconsistent. I have four defenders with Gold Anticipate, and even when they make a successful tackle, the ball often bounces straight back to the opponent instead of being won cleanly. This happens far too often. • On the other hand, when I enter the opponent’s half, their defenders often seem able to tackle me instantly and cleanly. • Second Defender is barely working properly. I press it and very often the second defender reacts too late, does nothing useful, or doesn’t apply the pressure he used to. • Passing has become terrible. Passes feel slower, less accurate and much less responsive. • Receiving passes is one of the biggest problems. Players sometimes need what feels like 2–3 seconds just to control a normal pass and become responsive again. • Dribbling also feels much heavier. Players take longer to turn, change direction and respond to movement commands. Every turn feels slower and less fluid than before the update. Honestly, at times the players feel like they are drunk — extremely heavy, slow and unable to react normally. I have never lost this many matches in such a short period of time. Of course I understand that everyone loses games and that gameplay changes require adjustment, but this feels completely different from simply adapting to a new meta. I have played this game for years, and I can clearly feel that the responsiveness, defending, passing, tackling, dribbling and player control are not behaving normally after this update. For me, this is by far the worst gameplay update I have experienced in FC Mobile. Please investigate the gameplay and server/input-delay issues introduced after the Anniversary update, especially: input delay, heavy player movement, first touch, passing responsiveness, tackling and rebounds, Second Defender, defensive AI, dribbling responsiveness and turning speed. I really enjoy FC Mobile and I’m sending this because I genuinely want the gameplay to be fixed. Thank you. Please could you check my account and investigate whether there is a technical or connection problem causing this? I cannot play online matches in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Every time I try to play an online match, I get “Disconnection Error 0x04000000” and I am disconnected from the match. I have already reinstalled the game, but the issue still persists. Please check my account/server connection and help me fix this issue.
