Help me, i can't leave the League
Can not leave League – Error 200013 Hi EA Support, I’m playing EA SPORTS FC Mobile and I’m having a problem with the League feature. Every time I try to leave my current League, I get the following message: "You are not a member of this League (Error 200013)" But in the game, I’m still shown as being part of that League. I can’t join a new League or claim rewards. I already tried restarting the game, reinstalling, and even clearing app data — but nothing worked. Please help remove me from the bugged League or reset my League status. I have sent 2 photos below. Hey there im arpit playing fc moblie since 2019 i never face this kind of issue until now, since a week in opening packs everyday and collecting players for exrta time and shards exchange but it stays for one day only the next day i open my acc the players and the tokens are vanished they are not in my acc and aftet going through all the exchanges they werent exchanged or used for traning neither for extra time token they simply just vanished how? Please fix this its really sad to collect tokens whole season and then it gets Vanished out of nowhere Its really frustrating for me to face this. So, I have a bug in the league section it started when one I was leaving a league but I didn't realise my mobile data was over and had already left the league the next day when I was going to try to join a new league, I clicked the league section is not showing anything like it usually should like the normal league section . Please repair this glitch I am not able to open packs to get shards and players because I am not able to get gems usually I get around 9,000 gems from group leaderboard rewards. Please try to remove this glitch as soon as possible. Hello EA, I'm writing here because for over a month now, I haven't been able to log into my main account in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. I'm constantly receiving Error 1000, and none of the recommended steps have helped. I’ve tried everything: Reinstalling the app Clearing cache Switching internet connections (Wi-Fi / mobile) Updating the app and OS Resetting network settings Even using a different device Nothing worked. But here's the most important part: I created a new account, and it works perfectly on the same phone and connection. This confirms the issue is not on my device — the problem is with my main account. I’ve contacted EA Help many times, submitted reports, and was told the issue was escalated. But after a month, there's still no fix, no ETA, no response on the forum, and no compensation for lost progress, events, or time. My in-game name is ralinbu, and my User ID is 967714754077794305. Please take this seriously. Players shouldn't lose access to their accounts and be ignored for a month. EA, fix this. And consider giving us affected players some kind of in-game compensation.
