I don't receive my reward
I played the Exploration Camp mode and completed all the missions until the end. I spent a lot of time finishing every task and challenge. However, after completing the mode, I did not receive any rewards. There were no items, points, or prizes added to my account. This was disappointing because I worked hard to finish everything. I hope this problem can be fixed and that I receive my rewards soon.
Low Graphics & No 60 FPS on Helio G99 (itel RS4)
Hello EA Team, I’m using itel RS4 (MediaTek Helio G99, 8GB RAM + virtual RAM, 120Hz display). In FC Mobile, not only is 60 FPS unavailable, but all UI and visual elements are forced to very low quality. Menus, animations, and in-game graphics feel downgraded, making the overall experience very poor, even though the device handles system UI smoothly and can run the game on low graphics without lag. Please consider optimizing FC Mobile for Helio G99 devices or enabling proper graphics and 60 FPS support. Thank you.Matchmaking Bug
I was at 10 star at vs attack and then I started matchmaking but after 5 second I cancelled matchmaking, I came to lobby and after few seconds I tried again but it was showing matchmaking is not possible as a match is ongoing , I was like what is this when I am in lobby how a match is started and if you had find opponent why am I in lobby , sick of this bug for a while happened 4-5 times with me , please fix thisPlayer images disturbed
I use Tecno spark 40 pro when I started playing the game on it everything was going well and fine all of a sudden everything about the games changed suddenly like my players hair doesn't look real their face fall apart that hair suppose to be on their head is now on their face some players like Allison and mbappe now goes bald vinicius hair now looks like Lego the graphics is just too disturbed and it affects me as I'm looking at it cause I have the phobia of how their head looks like it's disgusting and it makes me feel unease pls fix this quickWe cannot accept or decline league applications from deleted usern
