My acc is vanishing my players and my extra time tokens since a week

Hey there im arpit playing fc moblie since 2019 i never face this kind of issue until now, since a week in opening packs everyday and collecting players for exrta time and shards exchange but it stays for one day only the next day i open my acc the players and the tokens are vanished they are not in my acc and aftet going through all the exchanges they werent exchanged or used for traning neither for extra time token they simply just vanished how? Please fix this its really sad to collect tokens whole season and then it gets Vanished out of nowhere Its really frustrating for me to face this. Help me out and i want concession please.
