Our Chel team won the 3’s club championship and we just received our rewards today as did all the other championship teams. EA_AljoUnfortunately, the rewards cannot be equipped and the error code bellow pops up. DFEFBD06AB1C0954-0000000000009999-43CAF82FB583FDFB Tried to equip on all 3 logo slots, tried to equip on all 3 different jerseys and still the same error code. We have spoken to other championship teams and they are as frustrated as we are atm. They are not able to equip the patches on their jerseys as well. tbh, we are encountering more and more error messages in Chel Clubs creation zone and there is no fix in sight. Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. I have searched the forums and see hundreds of people with the same issue
Game configuration failure on EASHL
What is going on? It’s happening to me and all my friends, I’d say 8 of the last 10 games we’ve played, one of us have lagged out at the start of the game with “Game Configuration Failure” and then the game doesn’t even count? What is happening? How is this not fixed?World Of Chel Lag
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but After all of the troubleshooting steps and trying wired/wireless connections no matter what I do my world of chel is so laggy to the point that its unplayable. In game it'll play fine for a few seconds, pause then almost fast forward as if someone is controlling it with a TV remote. It's horrible. Any other EA game works fine online same with games that aren't EA. Hope this gets fixed soon.BaP crash to dashboard
I’ve lost an entire season in be a pro because of the game “dashboarding” me so I looked up and tried all the fixes, cleared the cache, hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, changed the network address crap or whatever, nothing worked so I started all the way over and started a whole new season which I nearly completed and guess what!? It’s happening again, I have been using the cooling fan the whole time and I’ve done the online chat with you guys all I got from that was did you try everything I already tried and “sorry to hear that” you guys made a piece of **bleep** and won’t admit it. Trying to blame the console… I really want to get the new game for the Mammoth but honestly now I’m not too sure I will. Edit: Modified the title to better reflect the content of the thread. -CM
