Severe Input Delay Caused by Routing Issue – Turkey Region (Vodafone ISP)
Hello EA Team, I am experiencing severe input delay in FC 26 for the last few weeks, even though my internet connection and PC performance are completely stable. Before this problem started, I played the game for months without any delay or network issues. Here are the details of the issue: 🛑 Problem Description There is a 0.5–2 second input delay in every match. Commands such as passing, shooting, defending, and switching players respond very late. The delay happens every day and makes the game unplayable. This is clearly not a hardware or local internet issue. 🌐 Connection and Technical Details Location: Karaman, Ermenek – Turkey ISP: Vodafone (35 Mbps fiber/DSL plan) Connection Type: Ethernet (Wired) Ping in Game: Stable around 48–55 ms Ping to EA Servers: ~140–150 ms (stable but higher than normal) MTU: 1472 DNS: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 Despite all settings being correct, there is extreme input delay. 🧪 Troubleshooting Already Tried I already tried all possible fixes: Reset router DNS change MTU optimization Port forwarding Clean boot VPN (NoPing, Mullvad) → made it worse Reinstalled EA App and FC 26 Windows network reset None of these solved the issue. 📌 Important Note This problem started only 3 weeks ago. Before that I played every mode (Rivals, Champs, Online Seasons) without any delay. This suggests a routing issue between Vodafone Turkey and EA servers. Many players from Turkey are reporting the same problem recently. 🙏 Request Please forward this issue to the network engineering team. It seems to be a regional routing / server path problem affecting Turkey-based players, especially those using Vodafone. Any update or investigation would be greatly appreciated. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. EA will not launch Madden, which initially I figured was my problem as I did install mods before starting the game and so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game from my pc. Then after installing I've been getting these dump crash reports and files. I submitted a report on the ea app and it gave me this support id 8c69d0a9-67d3-467d-93cb-d47c4f351ca0 yet i cannot submit it as ea has yet to recognize that my account has submitted a report. I did not expect trying to play madden would be this frustrating. Would be cool if the game I bought on steam didn't need to also open another app to authenticate its license, but guess its just another awesome feature. Never had problems playing an eapp game through steam. fore some reason this crap app started this towards the end of bf2024. System; ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 GA605WV / Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 / RTX 4060 - Windows 11 I remember this being an issue previously for me when the laptop was new in March '25 - and I raised EA and ASUS support tickets at the time - but resolved without any help from either. The issus now being the issue has come back following a clean Windowns install - and I can't for the life of me remember what I did to fix it. Any help much appreciated (EA have asked me to post here to see if anyone else has a fix for me......) Installed EA App successfully, no issues. Trying to install WRC game, gets 99% installed then BSOD. On restart game "looks" to have installed, but desktop icon has no image (should be an image of a rally car). Shows a generic no image thumb. Note - No detail on BSOD when it crashes on installing the game. After the PC restarts following the install BSOD, on attempting to launch the game from the APP, I constantly get immediate BOSD with the following; Stop Code: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (0x7F) What failed: eaanticheat.sys I've attempted to uninstall EA Javelin anticheat but the repair tool doesn't find the game folder location. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it twice, the same BSOD on install happens again. I've repaired game files numerous times, no change. I've run SFC Scan, no issue. Hi guys, can you help me with my problem? For two weeks I try to start FC26 from steam, but after window with “Preparation of the game” it disappears. I tried to start my EA app, i see window for 2 seconds and it disappears( Maybe someone fixed this problem? Help me pls! I have already tried to reinstall the game, reinstall EA app, reinstall win, clear cache, use app recovery and etc
