No Manage Option
HI guys, I've been trying to repair my Sims 4 because I've been having some issues with it, but anytime I go to try and find the manage option, it's gone. I've completely closed and reopened the app, and the option is only there for a split second before it disappears, does anyone know how to fix this?
Completely unable to open EA App to play any EA games
Ive spent the better part of the last 2 hours between watching youtube tutorials and FAQs trying to figure out why the EA app will NOT open. it will boot up the sign in screen 1/5 attempts and then crash immediately after. No error codes, no buffer, just close immediately. Just trying to play some Battlefield.Missing Content from dlc, bug?
I recently brought the adventures await pack which downloaded great and had no problems. i then brought the 'outdoors retreat' add on and the 'get to work' pack. i downloaded these and have had problems since. it says its downloaded and on my game however it keeps coming up with 'repair' which i have tried several times aswell as clearing the cache and restarting everything. none of the content is appearing in the game except some clothing items. no new worlds or anything. since this, my game keeps glitching and has closed on me a couple times now. its getting rid of all my progress before i can save! i dont want to be saving every 5 seconds as you know what that'd be like! so at the moment ive lost money, my games progress and the ACTUAL packs ive only just brought! can anyone help with this please.EA App Won't Launch
I have been a loyal player of The Sims for over 10 years. For over 2 months now, I have been unable to play because the EA App crashes every time I launch it. When the app opens, it crashes and says "unexpected crash". I have contacted EA support multiple times and have tried all of the steps they have suggested. None of them have worked. I've un-installed and re-installed the game, done a factory reset on my PC, and deleted certain files etc. I am frustrated as nothing is working and I don't know when I will be able to play The Sims again. A support member from EA says it appears to be a bug on their end, so I just have to sit around and wait for it to maybe be solved.Does EA Support even exist? No response, chat doesn't work
I have been trying to get help from EA to restore my account for months, even years, and I always give up because I can't get any help. I have tried the chat, and it just endlessly cycles a circle on my screen. I have tried X, facebook, no where can I find anyone from actually EA that has ever responded to my issue, and I can't even "Open a case". Can someone from EA please contact me so I can continue to use my own account?
