I've tried every troubleshooting method under the sun and the game freezes and crashes after just minutes. Other games on my Xbox, even those of similar size to f1 25, work absolutely fine. Support chats have not been able to help. Not even a dodgy game file as I initially bought it off the xbox store, refunded it and tried a key from amazone. Neither working

This is xbox series x with disc
have tried re-install, clear local save, clearing cache, unplugging xbox. unplugged external storage, used a different controlled. changed graphics output in game to "performance" tried all graphic output options in the xbox settings, nothing makes a difference.
game launches
sometimes it crashes before opening the home screen
sometimes is crashes in the setting screen (often)
often crashes in the lading screens before getting to cockpit start session
crashes when x pressed in cockpit to start session
sometime will crash getting to first corner in quali
if you can get past this... IF... then it will do the session... but
at the end of the session when the cut scenes/crew chat starts it will crash nearly always
if you can get into a race it will play, but again nearly always crash at the end.
Game is totally unplayable
so far i have managed 2x quali and 1 race.
I hope this isn't too old because I've reached what I'd call a breaking point. I've redownloaded the game multiple times. I've tried offline, online.
I cant even get into a race, sometimes I can't even get to the Main Menu and it crashes.
Has anyone been able to find a fix I'm also on series S. F1 is the only game that does this.
Have you installed any other games since having trouble with F1 2025? Maybe there is a small corruption in the SSD on your Xbox?
