Freezes then crashes just minutes after starting the game

I've just upgraded to an Xbox Series S and I bought the game from the xbox store. Every time I try to load it up, it freezes then crashes on me (without an error code) after maximum of a couple of minutes, at completely random intervals. The xbox can handle other games including those of similar size perfectly fine, my network is fine and I think I've tried literally every troubleshooting method possible. Both Xbox and EA support chatlines couldn't find a solution. Any help would be really appreciated to overcome this issue
