Rewards for Road to BF6 are not unlocked in BF6
As I've completed the full "battlepass" related to the Road to BF6 in BF2042, I was expecting to log into BF6 (bought on the same steam account) and to find the skins available. However, none of the rewards from the "battlepass" (and even beta in this regards) are unlocked. As per example we can take the "Commander" engineer skin from BF6 - it is unlocked for me in BF2042 via the pass, however it is locked in BF6. Steam DLC Sync Failure - 3 Legacy Packs Missing
Hello, I am experiencing a persistent entitlement synchronization issue between Steam and the EA App. I have 3 DLC packs that I redeemed via Steam Product Keys years ago, but the content (Apex Coins and Skins) has never appeared in my game. The missing DLCs are: *Apex Legends Saviors Pack (2022) *Apex Legends Defiance Pack (2022) *Apex Legends Escape Pack (2021) Current Status: These DLCs show as "Installed" in my Steam Library. My Steam and EA accounts are correctly linked. I have 0 Apex Coins in-game and the skins are locked. I have contacted EA Support multiple times (latest Case #235178713). The agents acknowledged that there is an "entitlement sync failure" on my account, but they informed me that they dont have the manual tools to "grant" or "push" these items and suggested I post here. Crucial Detail: To prove my Steam-EA link is working, my Battlefield 1 DLCs purchased on Steam show up and work perfectly in the EA App. This issue is specific to these 3 Apex Legends packs. Can a Community Manager please investigate my account and help me manually sync these missing entitlements? I have been waiting for a long time for these items. Thank you.

56 days have passed—are any of you still awake? My case has been pending for over a month since it was submitted, and the status is still "WAITING ON STUDIO" with absolutely no progress or any response. Is this your work efficiency??? Can we get some sort of time frame for fixes? Or at least an acknowledgement?
Can we get some kind of acknowledgement that support is even checking these threads? Can we get fixes for the game that doesn't require us gimping our GPU, CPU, And XMP/AMD EXPO (Ram speeds)? This probably includes the infamous DX errors this game is riddled with. Any time frame on getting hit reg fixed? You know, those moments of shooting an opponent in the back just for them to turn around and smoke you with what looks like 1 bullet ? Any plans on fixing the Fire camping that takes place in REDSEC? That's allowing people to hangout in the fire without taking damage ? What about what we were sold with Portal? Full progession with bots and friends? Being able to back fill lobbies with bots and enjoying with friends is part of why I purchased this game. Can we let the community decide on the game changes ? Not streamers? We paid our money, it's about time for some sort of acknowledgement. EA_Leeuw ??
cronus automatic spotting and cloud gaming hackers
i have noticed alot of cronus spotting going on and what this does is allow the bots to get overly aggressive and dominate the areas i have watched teams sit in their spawns with cronus auto spotting and allow the bots to win the game for them. sounds crazy but this is a real thing testing the bots to see what makes them more aggressive. that being said. cloud gaming on ps5 and xbox is ruining the game there are several subscription base hacks going on for people to stream their games through pc using cloud gaming and play anywhere from wall hacking to server manipulations all the way to esp mods and they are not at a frame limit and still being recognized as console players. this is why alot of pc players think aim assist is too strong on console when its not the average console players its the cronus and the cloud gaming hackers ruining the gameCannot create Server with Portal
When I go to create a server for a verified breakthrough map with bots backfill, it tells me I don’t have the ability to play because: “Player needs to own premium content” I own the full game. Why is it doing this? It didn’t do it when I made a map with unlimited ammo and health regen. I’ve seen others have similar issues. Will this get fixed? There is only 1 server in my region with bot backfill breakthrough and it is only available sparsely.Missing all content from Xbox account
I started playing apex on Xbox then switched to pc but I’ve had my accounts linked since 2015. Well in 2023 I was falsely banned and during the time of the ban cross progression was released and after I submitted a ticket and got the ban removed. Soon after I got on my account and I never received the prompt for cross progression like my Xbox account didn’t exist. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and each time ends with the team is investigating and will get back to you shortly. I’ve never unlinked my accounts or changed any of my information since then.
Help me restore my progress after linking my Steam account.
Before linking, I bought Battle Pass Ultra, but after linking, it disappeared, along with all my progress. Before that, I linked an old account that belonged to my brother, but now he's given it to me. I unlinked his Steam account and linked mine, Vol0dy's, and all my progress disappeared.The cross progression used an incorrect account as the main progression
It turns out that when the cross-progression option was released, there was an error with my account that I can't resolve. To give you some context, I started playing Apex Legends on PlayStation (Progression A) with my EA account. After a while, I had to migrate to Xbox, where I used my EA account again, but now with a different progression (Progression B). It turns out that all my important progression is on PlayStation, but my progression on Xbox is very low. When the cross-progression option was released in Apex Legends, my Xbox progression B was used as the primary one (it's worth noting that it's a lower level than the other one and has fewer hours and stats), and I want to use my PlayStation progression. I've already tried contacting EA customer support, but they told me that my PlayStation progression disappeared. Others didn't offer a solution, some didn't know what to do, and others told me to stay tuned for updates on my case. I stopped playing Apex Legends for the same reason: I think it's a waste of time to play on an account where I'm practically back to square one, instead of progressing beyond the level I dedicated time to and even spent money on. If they say it disappeared, it means I lost stats, achievements, and cosmetic items since Apex's release.
