bought Battlefield Pro on EA app but BF6 in on steam so cant activate
i bought BF6 in season 1 on Steam, now its season 2 i have bought a bf6 pro using EA app so i could use a creator code, but this has left the pro purchase on ea app and the game on steam. the game still tells me to buy pro on steam! online help desk told me to post it on here. Google AI said its fine to buy season 2 pro on ea aslong as the steam and ea accounts are linked. now it says you cant do this!!!!! i do have redsec on ea app but its not installed as i only played 1 match on it before i bought bf6 on steam.
Account was reset out of no where
I booted up the game last night and prompted me to sign back in to my EA account. Upon doing all the necessary steps, I found that EVERYTHING was lost and my account was reset back to level 1. I’ve been playing since Season 3. So needless to say, I’ve lost all my legend skins, gun skins, emotes, heirlooms, EVERYTHING. Is there any one to actually talk to about this to get my account back to what it ACTUALLY SHOULD BE?!

Da oggi, 02/03/2026, il tempo di attesa per riempire una lobby e iniziare una partita in qualsiasi modalità è peggiorato. Nella modalità iniziazione Battle Royal Duo non è più possibile iniziare una partita a causa del tempo infinito di popolamento delle lobbies. È inaccettabile che un titolo come Battlefield non abbia un sistema di matchmaking perfetto e con milioni di giocatori connessi in tutto il mondo una cosa simile non è accettabile. Chiedo con urgenza al team di sviluppo di intervenire per sistemare il più in fretta possibile questo problema, e rendere il matchmaking semplice, fluido e veloce. Sarebbe ideale fare due cose: • mostrare il numero di giocatori connessi in una determinata modalità • una volta che la partita svolge al termine, i giocatori presenti nella partita dovrebbero restare all'interno della lobby già creata e non crearne una nuova da capo • velocizzare drasticamente il tempo di popolamento delle lobbies e la ricerca dei giocatori! I'm having issues in a party with PC players I have an Xbox series x and when I'm in a party with PC players I will get left behind in the lobby when others are loading into a game, they have to keep backing out of the game and try to start up again to see if it takes me with the party into a game and after a match/game end screen with your progress, challenges, top squad, and waiting for another match to start up and I will get stuck on that screen and my party will be loading into another game, then all of will have to back out to the lobby and try again, but when am in a party with Xbox and ps5 players I don't experience any issue joining a game with my party, if their is a mix with PC, Xbox, and ps5 player in a party only the Xbox players will be left in the lobby, I have an open nat type, I port forward my Xbox, tried restarting Xbox and modem, I also tried assigning my Xbox to a permanent ip address, static or dynamic and it still will not take me with the party when playing with PC playersSevere lag / desync on EA servers US east 1 since the new season was released

Even when ping appears normal, gameplay feels delayed. I’m seeing: • Rubberbanding during fights • Delayed hit registration • Shots not registering • Players skipping/teleporting slightly • Input delay is terrible This has been happening consistently (not just one match). This has been happening all week since the new season has started my Internet connection is stable and other online games are not experiencing this issue. Hey guys, I've been struggling since the cross progression to get this fixed and it has been very disheartening to see famous Streamers regain their lost badges (ie. ImperialHal) yet I have yet to get any help. I've sent in 5 tickets to get some assistance on this and I need some outside help. I achieved Apex Predator in Season 3, 4, 5, and 7 and my account still has the charms and trails for those seasons. I DO NOT have the badges that go with them, and even the rank leaderboard drop down says that I was "bronze". I worked very hard to get that rank and spend thousands of hours grinding ranked. I really would just like the badges that I earned back and would be so grateful for any help that I can get. Thank you Ay Look
