Crossplay with PC
Since second split I've been put into PC lobbies whilst on Xbox. I don't play with any PC players. Why has this become a thing. I'm not at a massive disadvantage as I'm going up again players dropping 25+ kills in wildcard. Hey so yeah, since the cross progression came out a while ago, i tried to play on pc with my ps4 account, my ps4 account is currently linked to the EA account that I was playing with. I still have an esports app connection on this EA account, which is why im 100% sure about it. staff says that you must have your playstation account on the EA account you were playing it in order to have your items. Well guess what. My 4500+ hours. Multiple master badges, heirlooms, skins everything. My money invested is gone, and I can't access it. and support told me that they don't care, its in their policy... I had started playing apex in 2020 on ps4 and had lots of skins and rare OG stuff that is nice, my point here is that I was suspended/banned due to me owning fees and didn’t know why I was banned till recently this year and I had paid them off, my stuff from PlayStation hadn’t transferred to my EA account and have been playing without all my stuff, so I had to start from scratch and was wondering if it is at all possible for me to receive my PlayStation Apex Legends cosmetics. My brother and I were trying to play apex legends on PC and xbox. We’ve tried friending each other’s EA IDs and it says the friend requests send, but neither one of us are receiving it. Cross platform is enabled in settings so I’m unsure of what the problem is. We even tried a private match and I directly clicked on his profile and friend requested him but he is not receiving it nor am I. Please help.Apex account linking caused progression lost
I had an account that was on a deleted outlook email, so I went through the process to get into the EA account through support to get into the account to hopefully recover my progress and merge it onto my PC account so I could at least keep what progress I had, but I unlinked the account and linked it up to the email the deleted one had been changed to, to discover that I am unable to merge these accounts. I was not let known by EA when unlinking my accounts but was wondering if there is a way to get my progress back, I tried to get into contact with support however the option to get in contact is not allowing me to talk to customer support to hopefully resolve this issue. **Platform:** PC / Xbox Series X|S / PS5 (observed cross-platform) **Mode:** Strikepoint **Update:** 1.3.2.0 (Blastpoint, June 9) **Summary:** Since the Blastpoint update, Strikepoint round win logic is incorrect. The objective capture state appears to override elimination outcomes. **Observed behavior:** 1. A team that touches the objective (capture progress as low as ~1%) and then wipes ON the point is awarded the round win anyway. 2. Rounds have been awarded to the wrong team even after a full enemy squad elimination. **Expected behavior:** Round win requires either (a) full capture of the objective, or (b) eliminating/downing the entire enemy squad — per pre-update rules. **Impact:** This removes the elimination win condition in practice and forces every round into a rush to the center point. Tactical play (holds, route denial, revive plays) is no longer rewarded. The mode is effectively unplayable as designed. **Repro rate:** Consistent across matches since the update. Requesting acknowledgment and a hotfix or rollback of the Strikepoint scoring change. Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a critical issue with the Cross-Progression system in Apex Legends. I recently linked my Steam account to my EA account, but upon launching the game via Steam, my profile appears as level 1. I have lost all my historical progress, stats, cosmetics, and heirlooms. (I used to be level 98 and had money on the account). Both accounts are correctly linked, as evidenced by the attached screenshot.
