Linking problems
I have a strange problem, so i was playing on playstation, and when i switched to PC, what happened is that i used my old EA account that i was using on playstation, but the thing when i went to the settings, PSN was unlinked?? and they told me it was link to a new e-mail which is my playstation (never had this account before), so when i signed there, my level went back to 0? i unlinked it and linked it back to my old one and couldnt find my progression too..???? please help
Missing Skins and Progress
Today i reinstalled apex after have it uninstalled for about 5 months. when i got in made me log into my account which i was confused because its never made me do that before. I have found out that my account was hacked I have got that fixed but when i log into my account my stuff is still missing. I dont have any purchase receipts from EA as they never sent me any but I many in my email of steam invoice purchases on the game
bought Battlefield Pro on EA app but BF6 in on steam so cant activate
i bought BF6 in season 1 on Steam, now its season 2 i have bought a bf6 pro using EA app so i could use a creator code, but this has left the pro purchase on ea app and the game on steam. the game still tells me to buy pro on steam! online help desk told me to post it on here. Google AI said its fine to buy season 2 pro on ea aslong as the steam and ea accounts are linked. now it says you cant do this!!!!! i do have redsec on ea app but its not installed as i only played 1 match on it before i bought bf6 on steam.
Rewards for Road to BF6 are not unlocked in BF6
As I've completed the full "battlepass" related to the Road to BF6 in BF2042, I was expecting to log into BF6 (bought on the same steam account) and to find the skins available. However, none of the rewards from the "battlepass" (and even beta in this regards) are unlocked. As per example we can take the "Commander" engineer skin from BF6 - it is unlocked for me in BF2042 via the pass, however it is locked in BF6. Please look at the attachments. It was not even two or three minutes into the match, and the other team was racking up kills effortlessly. On top of that, every time I got close to securing a kill, several of my shots failed to register (see video). This happened in every single engagement during this match. In the match right before this one, I had no issues at all. What’s going on here? Are those players cheating, or are the matchmaking mechanics still broken?
