[Switch 2] Catalyst's reinforced doors are completely invisible / transparent
Description:Catalyst's passive ability (Reinforced Door) becomes completely transparent on Nintendo Switch 2. The collision detection (hitbox) exists, but the visual fluid texture does not render at all.Steps to Reproduce:Play Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch 2.Pick Catalyst.Use passive ability on any door. The door reinforces but becomes invisible.Expected Result: The door should be covered with black ferrofluid texture.Actual Result: The door is transparent and players can see through it. I recorded the moment the ability was activated and the moment the Arc Star stuck, for the sake of the record.4Views0likes0Comments[BUG] Strikepoint win condition broken after Blastpoint update (1.3.2.0)**
**Platform:** PC / Xbox Series X|S / PS5 (observed cross-platform) **Mode:** Strikepoint **Update:** 1.3.2.0 (Blastpoint, June 9) **Summary:** Since the Blastpoint update, Strikepoint round win logic is incorrect. The objective capture state appears to override elimination outcomes. **Observed behavior:** 1. A team that touches the objective (capture progress as low as ~1%) and then wipes ON the point is awarded the round win anyway. 2. Rounds have been awarded to the wrong team even after a full enemy squad elimination. **Expected behavior:** Round win requires either (a) full capture of the objective, or (b) eliminating/downing the entire enemy squad — per pre-update rules. **Impact:** This removes the elimination win condition in practice and forces every round into a rush to the center point. Tactical play (holds, route denial, revive plays) is no longer rewarded. The mode is effectively unplayable as designed. **Repro rate:** Consistent across matches since the update. Requesting acknowledgment and a hotfix or rollback of the Strikepoint scoring change. If this was an intentional design change, please communicate that — but as shipped it reads as broken capture/win logic.438Views13likes32CommentsFollow-up on the Catalyst transparency bug on Switch 2
As previously reported, the issue remains unresolved. I captured footage that includes the actions involved. I recorded the moment the ability was used and the moment the Arc Star was stuck. It appears this phenomenon does not occur on the PC version.9Views0likes0CommentsCritical Cross-Progression Issue: Total loss of progress upon Steam migration
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a critical issue with the Cross-Progression system in Apex Legends. I recently linked my Steam account to my EA account, but upon launching the game via Steam, my profile appears as level 1. I have lost all my historical progress, stats, cosmetics, and heirlooms. (I used to be level 98 and had money on the account). Both accounts are correctly linked, as evidenced by the attached screenshot. Here are my exact account details so you can trace my original data: Main EA ID (where the original progress is stored): Remisito EA Account Email: [edit: email address removed] Linked Steam Account Name: Guayo Steam64 ID: 76561198942278642 Original Platform previously used: Origin - EA I am aware that Apex Legends progress is strictly tied to the EA account. It appears the system mistakenly generated a brand-new profile instead of fetching the existing data from my Remisito account. I kindly request your assistance to force the correct synchronization of my original data over to Steam, or to restore my account to its proper state. I look forward to your prompt resolution.25Views1like4CommentsAbout the issue of rank badges and battle pass disappearing(cross-progression)
...Since transferring to PC, there are rank badges that haven’t been properly reflected. Even though the Predator rank from Season 11 is correctly shown in match results, for some reason it’s changed to a Master badge… I could use the Season 11 Arena Predator badge before transferring, but now for some reason it shows as Master. Also, none of the Season 11 battle pass skins are showing… I really hope this can be fixed. (only in Season 11)8Views0likes0CommentsAccount Progression Removed after Linking Xbox EA account to PC EA Account
I see I have made a grave mistake trying to swap my linked Xbox Account to the EA Account I have on PC. I recently built a PC which could handle Apex much better and performing this action now forces me to wait 6 months minimum to be able to make progress on my primary account. We're talking 600+ levels difference and one account having all characters, various purchased skins/battle pass awards, and so forth... Would appreciate any assistance. Thank you!Solved34Views0likes2Comments
