Cross progression, PS account gone
When cross progression was first added I linked my PS account with my EA account, then tried to merge them. When I opened the game it was as if nothing happened, only my PC account was being shown, with nothing from my PS account being brought over. Later when I tried using my PlayStation account on my PlayStation, it was still the PC account. It was as if my PS account had been deleted. Recently I wanted to start playing again, and hoped to use my account so for curiosity I used a third party Apex stat tracker and when I typed in my PS username nothing came up, when I typed in my EA apex username nothing came up, but when I typed in my Steam apex username an account popped up with level 197 (matching my PS one before I lost it), even though when I play now it says my level is level 67. It seems as if the account is still there in the background, just not being displayed. Another interesting thing is when I log in via EA and Steam my username is different, while being the same account.

I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons. I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game. Hello, I am trying to view my stats online on this website https://tracker.gg/bf6/profile/2802051605/overview . I can't because the stats website says my profile is private. In the profile tab on BF6 my profile is not set to private. The website says to go to system settings and enable Gameplay Data Sharing, however this setting does not exist on my game as you can see in the image below. The bizarre thing is I can see my friends' stats on the website with no problem. I asked one of them and they also DON'T have the setting, but their account works. (I normally keep everything public so I'm not sure why that would be the case). My privacy settings allow anyone to view profile etc. My data sharing is set to Full. I have also gone onto my EA account to see if any setting is enabled but I can't see one. My privacy settings are set to visible by everyone. Is it just something wrong with the tracking website? Battle pass unlock points not unlocking correctly, one 1 point awarded at end of round but completed 2 weekly challenges totaling 8 points just in challenges . playing on conquest on the winter offensive map character disappeared. Only this visible were the hipfire crosshairs, Respawned and the game went back to normal. This happened prior to the challenge points not being counted. I’ve had no issues until playing the winter offensive map.
