Can't see through cc windows/doors
I just recently started playing the sims again after being away for 6ish months and all of my cc windows and doors are broken. I can see the frames but the part of the winodw that would be glass or the actual door part of the door are just the same as whatever the wall is that I put them on. Im running on Windows 11 with the most updated version of the sims - does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Spandrel and Frieze issue
I have a wall of spandrels that have a frieze so it is pushing them down. I added a flat platform next to it and on one side it is making the spandrel ignore the frieze while its working fine on the other side. I've tried replacing it and copy and pasting one side and the other. Any idea why its doing this and how to fix it?
Game Crashes In Build Mode
Does anyone know what build mode Mods/CC are broken after about fifteen minutes of playing in build mode my game freezes and crashes I don't think it is any of my mods, but I just am unsure if there is one that I don't know about. I was having this problem without mods last week ever since the last update with the auto save, but now it seems when I have mods that it crashes.
"Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged" Error Code
So i redownloaded the Sims 4 yesterday and was downloading some mods, however when I launched the game I kept getting the same error message and the game wouldn't load. This morning I started testing and it's definitely some sort of mod issue (the game loads fine when mods are gone) however the game is also fine with the loading the script mods I had installed (modguard and better exceptions) and they were working perfectly fine. The issue seems to be with just regular package files, however I haven't been able to determine which piece of cc could be broken using the 50/50 method. I've checked through the list of broken/obsolete cc and I have none of it is my current mod folder. I also generated a new mods folder and that did not resolve the issue either. If there are any other tests or advice that could me help determine what would be causing this message to pop up that would be appreciated.
Advice for editing CC tattoos with cut off placement
I'm culling CC using s4s and a specific maker I like seems to have made dozens of tattoos that weren't finished well leading to the art cutting off some placements like the inner thigh lead to the cut off showing up on another part Any advice on how to adjust the placement in the file to fix this? some cut off on both edges, its most common on the outer or inner thigh line I have checked in game and it's not related to the s4s render
