Error code still occuring

Hi, I have the error code 132:8850ce8a:1da8b285 and it is stopping me from playing entirely. I try loading into my save which doesnt work by clicking play, I can go into build mode from the load screen but cannot actually play, odd.

I have looked around for solutions and so far I have removed ALL mods and cc from my mods folder, I have tried repairing my game on the EA app, I have tried deleting all my cache but it is still coming up I have looked everywhere for a solution could someone help please?

    Okay, this is how I fix this problem. 

    You will need the following mod for this to work MC Command Centre.

    1. Go into another household
    2. On the mail box right click 
    3. then click MC cheats'
    4. The click Sims/NPC Households Cheats
    5. The click Summon sim.
    6. Find the sims in the household you want to play and click on them and they will turn up at the current lot.
    7. The right click the sims you want to play 
    8. The hit MC Command Centre and click MC cheats.
    9. There should be an option to Play this household.
    10. Click and it will load you to that household.

    do you have any ladders on your lot ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
