Traversal stutter on PC
The PC version suffers from traversal stuttering, moving to new areas very often causes the game to stutter, this can also happen randomly from my experience. I have read 100s of reports on ResetEra and Reddit, it is not a hardware issue. Where Is Shader Cache Stored?
Does this game cache stuff to storage for better gameplay like what does building shaders do? I've just installed a Samsung 250GB Evo 970 Pro NMVe drive I was going or plan to use it for Windows, but I wanted to see if this game would run better but it runs worse for some reason I know I know my RX580 8GB isn't supported but I did get it working using FSR 2.0 performance mode
"DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE" Error
Hi everyone, We've seen some reports from players running into a "DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE" error when attempting to play Dead Space. Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version should help with this. We recommend rolling back to the following driver versions: AMD: version 22.5.1 NVIDIA: version 527.37 If you're an NVIDIA user you can find more info on how to roll back your drivers at the NVIDIA website. For AMD users, you should be able to download the specific driver version mentioned above from the AMD driver website. When you locate the drivers for your GPU, you may need to click "Previous Drivers" to see older releases. When installing the driver, choose the "clean install" option. That will remove the currently installed driver and replace it with the version you've downloaded. If you're still running into the same error after rolling back your drivers, please reply to this thread and attach a DxDiag file.
