Found Bugs/Suggest Additions
Hi there, I wanted to start a discussion on features the community would like to see in the Cozy Bundle or bugs the community has found and we can all make posts towards this on here if that’s ok! :) I wanted to start off by saying that the controls, while working great, feel a little off for me as I’m left handed, and I think it would be a nice addition if we could get an option to swap the controls for the Left and Right Stick for those who would prefer that, and vice versa. :)The MySims Cozy Bundle Is Available Now!

Can’t complete tasks, inventory not updating/syncing
I started playing today and got to one task and I need to deliver happy essence. I have 23 in my inventory but when I go to complete it says I have 0. same thing happens every time I start a new task too, says I don’t have the inventory and I do. Can’t do any more tasks so the game is not playable. also the fishing didn’t seem to work either & no explanation how to get stone but stone is needed for the tasks?
Whitewashing
Disappointed not much is being said about the whitewashing in Kingdom of both skintones and specific characters (Rosalyn, Yuki, etc.) It's 2024 and I find this inexcusable. Additionally, a bug I noticed in the cozy bundle is several clothing items in CAS have skintones far far paler than the actual skintones creating an odd effect as the clothing shading does not match the faces.
Dutch language option?
Hello everyone, I am kinda curious. Why wasn't the dutch language included in the game? Its a bit of a shame because as a kid it allowed me to play the game relatively young. While alot of us in the Netherlands can read english pretty well. I doubt younger players can which makes it a shame
Lags and Bugs - game not playable for me
Hello everyone, I have the problem that my game often lags and freezes while playing. The freezes are about 1-2 seconds long and quickly dissappear again. I also have the issue that sometimes building objects are not interactable. A restart often fixes the problem but it is always coming back. The things I already did to troubleshoot: restarting the game, restarting the console, reinstalling the game, used different internet connection methods (different wifi and hotspot), tried handheld and TV mode. None of the above helped me. I tried them all multiple times. Nintendo refuses a refund unless I get the info, that currently there is no solution for that problem. So my question is, is there a method I haven't tried yet or can anyone help me? The EA Support chat gave me a link to this forum to ask for a possible solution
