New season, same Ban
New season, same ban, now after more than a year I'm still banned. What can I say? It's all really ridiculous and no one in support cares. My EA account is perfect; I can play everything (BF6, Need for Speed, and other EA games) except Skate. I'm increasingly convinced that there's a blacklist I was placed on without violating the rules.Everything that needs to be looked at.
block party scoring is not accurate, one of the rounds was to do flip trick 180s, I've done multiple and it only counted 2. earning tix is a bit hard, last season I finished almost EVERY bounty, but 1 because I was not able to complete it because the challenge i needed wasn't found anywhere around the map, but even with every other challenge done, I still didn't have enough tix to claim everything from the skate pass. I now have to use tix from this season's challenges just to finish last season skate pass which will make me fall behind on this season's pass, and i would have to do it again next season. and some of the items in the pass cost way too many tix. speed. it's hard to gain speed and maintain it, sometimes when i do a trick off a halfpipe and the try to pump to gain more speed, it doesn't work because my character is still in the trick motion. gaining speed on flat ground is also hard, for certain lines/gaps I wanna do, i can't maintain enough speed to do it, only when i do a spread eagle then jump back onto my board. sometimes when i get on my board is launches me with a random amount of speed and makes me go into the wrong direction. add a street style skate park!! like a real one, not a random one around the map. stop reusing the same skate parks for the community parks!! we were promised something new to skate every time it resets. but when it does, it goes to a new one, then back to the old one from the day before the next day. it's getting boring to be honest. Things that can be added into the game: clothing wear and tear, this would kind of be like skate 3, when your clothes get dirty after a certain amount of time. but it should be improved for things like your clothes ripping, instead of just getting dirty, this could count for your board also, the board will show visible marks the more you use it. and it can reset after a certain amount of time, just how it does when your clothes get dirty in skate 3. it can be a setting, for people who don't want it. a hall of meat setting that lets you see fractured /broken bones how you can in skate 3, and this can also just be a setting the same way it is in skate 3. it would be cool if our characters get bruises and cuts/scrapes the more we bail, the same as skate 3. edit styles for clothes, in skate 3 when you choose a hoodie/jacket, it gives the options to have your hood on, or for the jacket to be zipped or unzipped. it would be nice if we could do that to give us more styling options for our characters as well as adding in jewelry the same way as skate 3. more towards our boards, let us choose how tight/loose our trucks our for our boards, and give us different skating styles like being loose or stiff, ect. one last thing, more hair styles!! modern or old hair styles. maw hawks and liberty spikes would be so dope. as well as more color options for our hair. lastly (for now) give us to options to hold onto cars and hit pedestrians the same way you can in skate 3. thank you for reading this.Quality of Life Improvements
I’ve been really enjoying Skate, but there are a few simple quality-of-life changes that I think would make the experience much smoother and more enjoyable for a lot of players. Map Filters The map could really benefit from more filtering options. Right now it can get cluttered, especially when trying to find specific activities. It would be great to add filters for: Challenges Seasonal / Temporary / Permanent activities Completed / Uncompleted objectives Being able to quickly separate what is available, what is limited-time, and what has already been finished would make progression much easier to track. Loot Box Purchasing When buying loot boxes, it would be nice to choose a custom amount instead of only being able to buy 1 or 5 at a time. For example, let players enter or select any amount they want to purchase. This would make spending currency feel much less tedious. Gameplay Profiles Please consider adding Gameplay Profiles. This would let players save different control/gameplay setups and switch between them quickly. It would be much better than manually changing multiple settings every time we want a different feel. Inventory Cleanup There should be a way to clear out unwanted items. Some possible options: Exchange unwanted items for currency Break them down into crafting materials Combine/craft them into something new Mark items as junk and delete them in bulk Editor Improvements In the editor, it would be very useful to save Camera Effect Presets. If players find a camera effect combination they like, they should be able to save it and reuse it later instead of rebuilding it from scratch every time. More Board Customization It would also be great to have deeper board setup customization, such as: Choosing board length Choosing truck stiffness Choosing wheel hardness These options would add more personality to each setup and could also affect how the board feels. Some players may want a loose, playful setup, while others may prefer something tighter and more realistic. I'm sure there are more... but these would add a lot of depth and remove frustrations from players.Trick Idea: Blunt Slides on FLAT GROUND
Devs, I recently saw BAM MARGERA do a blunt slide over a little nipple obstacle in a skatepark and I was like **bleep** we need that for sure. It was so sick because he was just riding up the hump, then as he was weightless over the top he was sliding in a blunt-style grindy kinda way. Super dope. Thanks, BONEAdd Max's iconic double handplant trick from An Extremely Goofy Movie!
Hello, With the game embracing fun, cultural, and retro elements, it would be a legendary addition to include the iconic handplant trick performed by Max Goof at the end of the movie An Extremely Goofy Movie (2000). In this trick (which was also featured in the old 2001 PC game Disney's Extremely Goofy Skateboarding), the skater does an invert on a rail or coping, balancing with both hands flat on the grip tape of the skateboard instead of holding the ramp or the board's edge. Adding this specific animation as a tweakable handplant or a special trick would be an amazing easter egg for Disney and skateboarding fans alike. Thanks for reading!
