unable to use artifacts on all my characters
i noticed only 1 of my characters has access to artifact usage. when i checked my cartel coin purchase history, i saw where i purchased an unlock for 1300 coins. When i checked the store in game the same unlock is for 1400 coins. i am unsure if there was a price increase and there is no option to purchase that unlock for a single character, only for the whole account. was there an error when i first purchased it?Log In issues
Guys can you help me a bit because I am tired of fixing the launcher issues by myself. I will enumerate some of the problems: Entering User then Password, but instead of logging in, I am reset similar to server down, but they are up. After I re-sync for n time the date and reset the router + restart etc, mostly 30 mins or 40, I bypass the password and I have to introduce the security key, but when I press enter the security key case window is overlapped with my user (Interface bug). After I remove and add the SWTOR launcher from Allow in firewall apps, I manage to enter the game just to get stuck into the continuous loading screen without possibility to choose servers. And after many attempts combining all the above and Steam line (by the way this happens on both net launcher and steam launcher, because YES I ALSO REINSTALLED), sometimes I manage to bypass the loading screen but I get the no servers bug. This is insane. I tried reaching mailto:support@swtor.com but now I have to call them. Most of these issues I fixed using a combination but every week after an update is release, I have to redo all my previous work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Been trying to get my account subscribed and I get an error code 51003 when I tried purchasing a month through the swtor site. Looked on amazon for any game time codes and found a 3 month one. I redeemed it on the swtor site after I logged in, and it showed that it was a genuine code, but I was wondering how long it should take for it to apply the game time to my account?Calling Tech Support
While looking around at how to contact support, it's clear my only option is via the phone. Everywhere I looked, everyone was adamant on mentioning international billing + there really isn't much info at all on the oficcial website about it. Hi all, I'm on a Mac Mini M4 and have enjoyed my little time with the game thus far - but the problem is that it's taking up a little too much space on the Mac's SSD. I use a dock for my machine that has an extra TB SSD attached at all times and I'm hoping there's a way to change the install location to there as to save space on the actual machine? Hi there, we all know that dyes from the Cartel Market can be pretty expensive. So, in order to get around that, you want to preview the dye on the right character with the right outfit to see what it does. But what if that's still not enough? I recently bought a dye (Chrome Silver and Satin Silver) that, in the preview, looked like an oily/lead colour and I liked that. When, in the outfitter I put it in the chest piece the view was the same as the preview in the outfitter, but when I looked at my actual character it was bright, shiny silver. So, I didn't know this was going to be that much of a difference but when I contacted CS, they just said that because I consumed the dye, I couldn't get a refund. However, I feel that I should because it only became apparent after consuming it. What does everybody else think about this? I just feel cheated. Good evening, I am putting this up because I need some serious help, and if someone, official or otherwise, could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I will endeavor to give as many details as I can to get the best advice possible. I used to play SWTOR almost a decade ago. I decided now to return to the game, made a new account and started to play. Even took a subscription to enjoy the game as much as I could. I played for a total of two days. Then I got home, tried to open up my game, and it said there was an error connecting to the server. I had been banned without a reason, it read: Dear Customer, We are contacting you regarding your account for Star Wars: The Old Republic. We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect. For the last 11-12 days, I have attempted to reach someone to help me, even just explain to me what the reason for the ban was, because all I had done was attempt to play the game, and payed for a subscription. The phone line just reiterates to me the same thing about how they don't know, they can't help me, and I need to wait for a response in 5-7 business days. We are past that. Without an account, you cannot send tickets on SWTOR, I tried. EA ticket system just gets me back automated responses that have very little to nothing to do with my complaint or request. I honestly don't mind just making a new account, but the issue is I don't even know what the problem is; and I'm terrified that I might just get randomly banned again. P.S.: I have an EA Help account, and the name there is properly displayed as AngevineCaesar; but for whatever reason here, it refuses to use the name.
