Hello, I’m trying to launch EA SPORTS FC 26 via the EA App but I keep getting this error message: “The game could not be launched. It failed to launch due to an error on our side. Please try again later.” I have already tried the following: - Cleared the EA App cache (ProgramData/EA Desktop folder) - Repaired the game files - Ran EA App as administrator - Restarted my PC Unfortunately, none of these worked. So I paid for "early access" and have had ZERO access. All I get is continuous EA servers issues when I try to log in. It is now actually release date and still the servers are down and I have ZERO access to this game. Is this really what we paid for? You have an entire region that can't access the game. It's just lovely that you can address the mindless "power curve" concerns on this game but haven't even addressed the server issue that has been happening since you dropped access to this game. There needs to be reimbursement and this issue actually resolved. I'm so pissed off that I gave this company, not only the money for the game but extra to get "early access". This company is just robbing us all at this point. No acknowledgement of this issue is just typical. Don't bring it up so you can't be held accountable. I have pre ordered the ultimate addition. I have started the game accepted T&C’s etc, then once I selected my club (accepted it to be the same as previous) I am then pushed to the next window which should be the game loading but it’s frozen. Everytime I lunch the game i get this message failed to lunch game an error on out end caused the lunch to fail. Try again little later. I recently started playing manager career mode a few days ago when i first started it up and played it I then full exited and save the file and closed the game on my ps5 the next day I'd turned it back on and found no option to re loaded the file from the previous day I the checked my player career mode to see if there was an error or if my files were corrupted but no the player career was working as expected and i had the option to loaded up my previous save so I then restarted an brand new save for my manager career just to make sure I didn't do anything wrong I've started played for a little while then saved and exited the mode once I'd then checked if the option to loaded my game was available it was and it did so I thought maybe it was an small glitch and it just fixed itself but now as of the day I'm sending this the option to loaded my previous game is no where to be found can someone please help with this problem or atleast let me know that there be an update to address and fix this please I really like this game and it most likely will be the only sports game I'm going to play this year and i would like to enjoy the game at it fullest847Views3likes3Comments
