FC26 won’t load!

I have pre ordered the ultimate addition. I have started the game accepted T&C’s etc, then once I selected my club (accepted it to be the same as previous) I am then pushed to the next window which should be the game loading but it’s frozen. No FC26 loading badge at the bottom of the screen. It’s been frozen for over 30mins. Please help. (PS4).
