EA FC 25 keeps crashing right after Launch
EA FC 25 crashes immediately after launch and does not reach the splash screen or main menu. The game closes to desktop without any error message. All standard troubleshooting steps have already been completed including Windows being fully updated, Windows Defender and antivirus checked and temporarily disabled, graphics drivers fully updated with a clean install, running the game as Administrator, Steam Overlay disabled, background applications closed, EA App installed, running and logged in properly, EA App reinstalled, Visual C++ Redistributables x64 and x86 reinstalled, and Steam game file integrity verified multiple times. A consistent issue occurs during Steam’s Verify Integrity of Game Files process where Steam always reports that 3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired. Steam successfully reacquires these files, but the same message appears every time verification is run and the game still crashes immediately after launch. This indicates a recurring file mismatch or corruption that is not being permanently resolved. Possible causes include an EA App and Steam integration failure, EA AntiCheat failing to initialize correctly, DRM or permission issues preventing proper file replacement, or a configuration or shader cache regeneration loop. Current behavior remains unchanged, with launching the game resulting in a brief loading attempt followed by an instant crash to desktop and no crash logs or error prompts shown. The issue persists even after reinstalling the game and verifying files. Hello, I have a problem with the Polish commentary for EA Sports FC 25 on my PS5. In the PlayStation Store it shows as Installed, but in the game the commentary is missing and clicking ‘Download’ does nothing. The package was previously downloaded on my PS4, which is in another location. Здравствуйте, команда EA! У меня постоянная проблема с игрой EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team, которая длится уже больше 2 недель. Когда я открываю играть - моменты - галерея после гружусь 3 секунды и после выдаёт ошибку: Ошибка соединения с серверами FUT. Пожалуйста попробуйте позже. Так же похожие ошибки есть и в трансферном рынке когда я нахожусь от 2-5 минут просто вылетает и выдаёт ошибку. Так же я не могу зайти в список наблюдения, так же выдаёт оишбку. И так же незнаю что делать в Squad Battles у меня не разу не появились особая команда за больше чем 2 недели игры. Пробовал много способов, но не один не помог. Hello, so every time I try and load into FC25 I will get the exact error "failed to load", and when I press retry it just loops it and says the same thing. The second picture is showing the screen I go from when loading and I realized the name isn't there. Plus I haven't been able to play FC25 sense the 28th of January due to this bug. Ive tried reseting cache VIA EA app around a million times, tried changing my download location instead of doing on my C drive. Redownloaded the whole game, and yet im still met with this error. Following up on the commentary language issue I reported in my last post: For the past 2–3 days, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem—opening new Help Cases and contacting support through Live Chat. To summarize: I still cannot change the commentary language beyond those officially supported in my region. Frankly, I’m very disappointed—not only because the problem hasn’t been solved, but also because of the explanation I received from support. I don’t understand why. I paid the same amount for this game as players on PlayStation or PC via Steam (I purchased and play through the EA App), yet those players can access all commentary languages, while I am restricted to just 2–3 basic ones. When I asked about this, support couldn’t explain why, nor did they provide any real assistance—only directing me to create or read forum posts instead of offering proper solutions. In my opinion, at the very least there should be a Commentary Language Pack available for everyone who owns the game. Players should be able to manually download and install whichever language they want, equally across all platforms, instead of being restricted like this. This issue has been ongoing for several editions of the game. I’ve seen many forum posts raising the same concern, but nothing has ever been fixed or addressed by the EA team. If any EA staff member happens to read this, please—I sincerely ask you to take this matter seriously and finally resolve it. I’m not asking for much, just that the commentary language files (*which already exist*) be made equally available to all paying players worldwide. I know some people may not care about this missing option, but please don’t ignore the opinions of myself and the many others who face the same problem and want this feature to fully enjoy the game. If this continues to go unaddressed, I believe it will affect not only my decision, but also many others’ decisions, when it comes to purchasing future installments. PS.
