EAFC 25 Launching issues..

My game just doesnt starting.
I mean i got into the splash screen part, and its start loading, but like its drops me back into my ea app.

Somehow its works in my C: Driver if i download it right there, but i dont have any storage there, and I want to download any game related stuff into my D: disc. 

I tried to reach out for support, and i got some basic steps, or tips, but I couldnt fix my problem. Please help me out with this.
