Thanks! Hello! I am desperately trying to get a message through to support. Please forward this. I reacted immaturely, unnecessarily, and poorly when I submitted an appeal for my case. I would like to undo it. I accept a penalty, but not this penalty. I will be honest: HUT is the way for me to organize my thoughts and function in everyday life when I am off work. I am starting to feel panic and stress in my mind because of this ban and the uncertainty. I suffer from mental health issues, which is why I may spend more money and time on the game (I don’t have a problem with it, I only spend money I can afford) than others. It is my pastime and my way of coping with everyday life. HUT is truly important to me. I have done research on your terms and rules and admit that I made a mistake, unintentionally, and I understand how it may look. Please clear my balance and ban me from HUT for 2–3 days, but nothing more. I am going crazy from the restlessness and anxiety caused by this. I would also like to clarify that I have not used any third-party tools or purchased coins. I am part of a group (or several, actually), but one group where we exchange cards among ourselves, trading and selling, posting items daily. Sometimes someone may perform what is called a “Robin Hood,” meaning they buy a card someone has listed without being compensated back, solely to help, and I believe that should be acceptable. In this particular group where messages come from, many people collect specific players, for example building an entire team of Red Wings players, only icons, only Finns, etc. The only thing I have spent money on is the game itself and packs. I have owned every version since 2016 and have been deeply engaged in HUT for a long time. I was not aware that my behavior violated the rules, but I understand it now and take full responsibility. I have learned from this and will follow the rules going forward. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider reducing the penalty to 2 days so that I have the opportunity to participate in the weekend content and Champs. I sincerely apologize for my tone and how I expressed myself. I was simply very upset and distressed when I saw my account banned, and I know this can take a long time to resolve. I work 2 weeks and have 1 week off, which is why HUT is very important to me. I was not aware of the rules at all, but I am now, and I will make sure this never happens again. I hope you can see how much time and money I have invested in the game over the years and give me another chance. Thank you. It’s at the point where I could get a statement from my psychologist saying that NHL, and especially HUT, is the best therapy for me. I suffer from PTSD, and keeping myself occupied is the best kind of therapy. What works best is HUT, where the focus is solely on the game and competing. Would such a statement help the situation? Hello, I am having a purchase/download error with NHL 25 via my EA Play subscription. When I try to download the game, I get a 'Purchase Error' stating: 'This item is unavailable. You already own the following items, which conflict with the item you're trying to buy: NHL 25 Post Launch Standard Tracker.' Any time me or anyone in my club attempts to change or alter our jerseys/arena we receive a connection error that exits you to the Home Screen. This has been going on for over a month now and all the progress with collections is now essentially useless since we can’t change anything. Error code is dfefb006ab1c0954-0000000000009999-43caf82f82fb583fdfd which is failure to retrieve data; please try again later. Hi, I want to report an issue that I experienced with purchasing the Bruins custom pack. I'm playing on Xbox One X (gamertag RabbitNinja)and I purchased the pack and saved to my collection. The players nor the jersey appeared. I backed out of the game/quit and reloaded the game to find the same results. I repeated twice to find the same results. I purchased the pack again and saved to my collection to find now I have two packs in my collection. The jerseys are duplicates but I do have different players which is great but I didn't want to buy the pack twice. Thank you for your timeI can’t download EA made rosters.
This has been an issue since NHL 25 and now it’s jumped to NHL 26. Every time I try to download a new roster EA releases I’m met with a pop up that says “Failed to save roster. Your roster could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of roster saves.” I only have one roster saved and even when I have no rosters saved it still says I have maximum saved.All my tradable items became untradable on NHL 24
Hello All Sorry in advance for my bad english. Yesterday, on NHL 24 (PS4 version on PS4 off course) all my tradable items became untradable except my items on the market. I tried to upload an old data backup but the problem is still here. For information, yesterday I also tried to install NHL 24 on my new PS5 but I unstalled it due to an uncorrect version of the game (PS5 version instead of PS4 version). Indeed NHL 24 on my PS5 had restarted as if I was a new player. Was there a conflict between the PS4 and the PS5 version ? Is this the origin of my tradable items problem ?
