    I had this problem for weeks , I uninstalled the game then re downloaded it today and it worked !

    Hi there. Try removing the game from the Quick Resume menu. Also, power cycle your modem router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. While waiting, hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn everything back on and see if you can connect. Let me know what happens. Thank you.

    I've tried that ...now it won't let me download or save new roster and I've deleted all my previous rosters still same problem

    When exactly are you getting the error about not being able to connect?

    Something else to try is clearing the alt MAC address with these steps:

    1. Go to your Xbox Settings
    2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
