[Hacker] Exploit (“Blinding” T-Shirt) — Request for Compensation
Hello EA Support / FIFA Team, I am writing to report a visual exploit or hack observed during an Online Draft match in FIFA 24 and to request compensation for the incident. Details Issue: Opponent was using an unusually bright / flashing kit that created a severe glare on my screen, to the point that it was physically uncomfortable to look at and caused me eye pain. It looked like an intentional visual exploit rather than a normal in-game kit. Why I’m reporting: This behavior affected my ability to play fairly and caused real discomfort. I suspect this may be an exploit/hack and I would appreciate an investigation. I would like either: 1 Online Draft credit, or 1 FUT token (or equivalent compensation), or other thing. to make up for the match that was effectively unplayable due to the visual issue. Additional notes I experienced eye strain and discomfort after playing; while I don’t expect medical reimbursement, the match was not a fair competitive experience and I ask for a fair resolution.
