How can I transfer my fc24 ultimate team to my ps5. I used to play on pc

evolutions
feedback
friendlies
matches
moments
packs
rivals
sbc
squad battles

    Hey JaKo1312​,

    Ultimate Team is separate for each platform, and I'm afraid there is not a way to transfer that progress if you've moved to another platform.

    If you're now playing on PS5 you'll be starting fresh, or if you load up the PC version again that team would be there waiting.
