I'm missing the EAlauncher.exe file
I don't know if this is the right place however I can't start a new thread on EA questions HQ because it's asking me to select something and then not showing me the options but effectively since an update in February 2024 I have been unable to use EA app. I have tried a million times over and every suggestion however I keep getting the pop up that I'm missing this file and yet I cannot find it anywhere I am also the only admin and user of the laptop. Does anyone know how can I fix this?
Content missing after recent update
Hello! I have been playing Sims 4 for over 5 years and have purchased a large amount of expansion packs/add ons. I recently logged in after not playing for awhile, and had to update the game. I also purchased 2 new stuff packs, and when I open the game now, some of the content from my other packs is missing. It’s not entire packs, as some build mode items from a certain pack are there, but other items from the same pack are not. I have tried repairing the game, restarting my computer, and clearing the cache to the EA app, and nothing helps. All of my add ons show as installed. please help! Thank you in advance!!

Hi there, So after talking with 4 different advisors and being told they repaired it and to come post here, here I am. "Fixes" I've tried: deleting EA app, restarting PC, reinstalling EA App running EA app as administrator Moving download folders installing with no DLC deleting/refreshing the cache verified no firewalls are stopping it probably a few other hundred things Any help that's not the same troubleshooting guides would be awesome. Missing content
I've been playing the sims 4 since 2018. I spent for thins game a lot of money - over 500$. Yesterday in the morning I played normally, but after few hours when I logged in I saw no content: no base game, no expansion packs etc.. I connected with EA support but it gave nothing. Game is still broken. Please HELP! I play on PC.
Mobile Version of C&C: Mobile Tiberium Wars
Hello developers! I am from Northern Europe, a fan from 90's of one of your humblest games that is called C&C: Tiberian San. Does anyone know if there be a version of the Tiberium Wars game on a mobile platform? What is currently called C&C:Rivals in Play Market is more of a children's version with a toy design. Perhaps, this is not what fans of 90's expected. I wonder if there are any plans to release a version of the C&C with GDI, NOD and Aliens, and maybe even other competitive sides on Android in the near future; for fans of Tiberian Sun from the 90s? Would it have the same atmosphere with the great music and modern graphics that a medium-power smartphone could handle? Hello, I have a question regarding the Sims 4 that my daughter plays on your site. The whole game was installed on the wrong hard drive and now the hard drive has become full when the Sims 4 wants to update itself, there is no space on the hard drive. So how is it easiest to do? Uninstall everything and reinstall it on the hard drive it was supposed to be installed on originally, or can it somehow be moved over some other way? We have bought a lot of different expansion packs on the Sims 4, so my question is if you uninstall it, are they still in the account or do they disappear? EA APP Won't Open Game
Hi, I do hope I have the correct place to mention this. I was able to play my game, initially, after I patched a day after the latest update hit. I did figure out how to get the game to read my saves, thankfully. But so far, in another Sims 4 game folder, the game can't read my Mods. This, even after I saved the new game I started, and went into Game Options to turn the mods back on. I saved and exited after I reactivated the mods. Still made no difference yesterday. My initial game folder I can play the game, and the mods show up just fine. But I wanted to work on a different game, which requires different mods from my other game. I was able to get the App to open and start my game, this morning. I checked a few things out while I was there, and deemed, I would try the newer game in the other folder. In fact, when I looked at the files in the second game folder, there seemed to be a few things missing. I checked on the third folder I had, and decided to move the saves, Tray and Mods folder into that one, just to see if the missing files were the problem. Saved and exited like normal. Can I get the App to open my game again? No. I am having fits about now. I even attempted to install a new EA App, but the App informed me it was already installed. Okay. I restarted my computer and tried to open the game again. It's a no-go. I'm grossly unhappy and close to being furious at this stage of the game. What the heck is going on? Please help.
EA App Won't let Me Reinstall the Sims 4 game at all!
I was finally able to uninstall the Sims 4 game from My EA App (like the EA Agent wanted me to do) but through the Apps list section, cause the EA App did not give me the option to uninstall the game, (But) now the EA App won't let me Reinstall the game back, it gives me that Game not owned error message yet again. Methods I tried to be able to fix My problem> I have Uninstalled & Reinstalled EA App. I have Uninstalled the EA App & Reinstalled Origin only to be made to go back to EA App, therefore can't use Origin at all. I Have cleaned out the EA App Cache like 10 times. I Have Cleaned out the Temp folder like 5 to 7 times already as well. I have also clicked the EA App Updater like 5 times as well. So the Problem (Can't) be on my end, I need EA Help to be able to get Sims 4 back & installed on My EA App . :(
