Cant complete Purschases

Hey Yall!

Im having trouble completing purchases on ea, both in app and webstore. Ive been in contact with support 3 times now for long periods of time and nothing seems to fix this..

i get an error code wich is #53000 and says: ''We had a problem accesing your account information. Sign back into your account and try again.'', see screenshot. I keep getting the same message everywhere i try to do a purchase.

Im kinda lost right now since not even support know whats wrong so any help would be much appreciated.
