SBMM has ruined this game.
EA's skill-based match making has ruined this game for me. It's just an absolute sweat fest. I win 1 game in the gauntlet and then they put me in the same lobby as the pros for the next two games. I should have completed it after two runs, but I'm now on my 5th attempt because of EA's rigged gameplay. Every game feels like the following: I score early. EA proceeds to downgrades my players. I'm unable to score again or even pass. Every Finesse+ hits the bar and every pass is easily intercepted. My player's ball control is much lower. Ever touch feels like a knock-on dribble. Eventually my opponent scores and even takes the lead. EA decides to remove the chains when I'm losing 2-3 and there are 10 minutes left on the clock. I usually end up losing 3-4 or 3-5. Apparently EA thinks this is supposed to be challenging and engaging. This is not challenging, nor is it fun. It's just terrible. Variety is fun. Being able to win games comfortably is fun. Playing competitive back and forth matches is fun. Even playing against better players and losing can be fun. However, it's not fun when it feels like EA is intervening to keep the scores "competitive." Fix your game, EA.Purchased ultimate edition but I only received standard edition!
Hi everyone, I purchased the Ultimate Edition, however my account and in-game menus continue to show the Standard Edition. Since the purchase, I have contacted EA Support multiple times regarding this issue. During each contact, I completed all troubleshooting steps requested by EA, including reinstalling the game and following entitlement verification steps. After the first advisor was unable to resolve the issue, I explicitly requested escalation to a senior advisor during every subsequent contact. Despite this, my case was never escalated, and I continued to be handled by frontline advisors who were unable to apply a fix. As instructed by EA advisors, I contacted PlayStation Support (PSN) and provided my order details. PlayStation Support confirmed in writing that: The Ultimate Edition purchase is valid and visible on my PlayStation account The correct edition was purchased The issue is not on PSN’s side and must be resolved by EA, as it relates to game entitlements I returned to EA Support with this information and provided full proof of purchase, including: Purchase receipt Transaction ID PSN’s written response confirming the purchase and advising the issue is EA-side Despite following all instructions, providing documentation, and repeatedly requesting escalation, the case was closed as “No fix available” without any entitlement review, and my account still shows the Standard edition. When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have two unnamed “Evolution” items stuck in my Store/Unassigned. These items show only the label “Evolution” with no name or description. They: Cannot be opened Cannot be assigned or moved Cannot be discarded Completely block my Store Prevent starting any new Evolutions This matches known cases where Evolution items become stuck in Unassigned and require EA to clear them server-side. It also resembles Evolution table corruption cases where the system falsely tracks a player as active in another evolution, blocking all progress. Request: Please remove the two invalid Evolution entries from my Ultimate Team profile on the backend, so that: My Store can function normally I can start new Evolutions My UT profile is no longer blocked Everything client-side has already been reset; only server-side cleanup can resolve this. P.S this issue has been going on for around a month now and I’ve been told plenty of times there will be a fix but i am yet to receive one. This is stopping people like myself from being up to date with new cards that release, also being because I can’t do many sbc’s cause I have barely any fodder to submit because I can’t open packs. Furthermore I can’t get coins fast from selling players because of the same issue which is resulting in me missing out on key evo chains. I put 94 Gullit into the "Spur Yourself" Evo and completed all the Stage 1 challenges, but I didn’t claim the Evo because I was waiting to see if a better option would come along. The Evo is currently inactive but still shows the “Claim” button, and it expires tomorrow. My questions are: If I don’t claim the Evo before it expires, will the game auto-claim it for me, or will he stay as his base stats? If I quicksell him while the Evo is still unclaimed, does it auto-claim before the sale? If I quicksell and recover him after the evo expires, will he be his base stats or will it claim lvl 1? Has anyone had any experiences where they had an evo expire but had completed the challenges for the given level?
