If you think your EA Account was hacked, first try logging into your account where you play and checking for missing content, like in-game packs, tokens, and coins. If you can't log in and you're missing content, get in touch with us. Log into your account from your platform Use our video guide to secure your account if you can still access it. Or, follow our steps below: for PC for console If you play EA games on more than one platform, make sure you follow the steps for all platforms that you use. If you can’t access your EA Account Go to this page to contact us. From there, scroll down to Still need help to see the available contact method. Make sure to have the following information ready when you reach out to us. The email address you used to make your EA Account. Any usernames or console IDs (e.g., Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™ Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account. Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games. Make sure to check if you’re missing any content in your game. If you are, follow our steps below. Need to change your email address? If you’ve updated the email address on your EA Account within the last 30 days, our advisors won’t be able to update it to a new one. However, they can change your email address back to an old one that was previously associated with your account. Learn more about updating your EA Account information. If you play on PC Clear your browser cache. This deletes saved web info that can include old passwords. Reset your EA Account password. Choose a strong, unique password that uses a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Reset the password for the email address you use on your EA Account. Turn on EA Login Verification as an extra security step. This will send you a code to confirm your identity when a new device tries to log in to your EA Account. If you play on console Most EA games you play on console require you to log in to your EA Account at least once. Make sure to resecure your EA Account from a PC by following the steps above. You’ll also want to secure your console accounts again. Reset your PlayStation™ Network Online ID, Xbox Live Gamertag, or Nintendo Account password. FUT Immortals We are delighted to launch FUT Immortals, celebrating some of the greatest ICONs and Heroes who have achieved footballing immortality. Keep an eye out for special Junior versions of select players, highlighting their journey to immortality. Experience the Become Immortal Evolution, where you can take your own Central Midfielder (CM) on the path to immortality. Complete a series of Objectives and Evolutions to customize and enhance their skills, shaping them into a true legend on the pitch. Throughout the FUT Immortals campaign, we’ll be honouring ICONs and Heroes with SBCs, Objectives and more. This includes a special version of Franz Beckenbauer, available in Packs, with a Junior version arriving via SBCs. Week 2 of Immortals delivers the Immortality League with special rewards available in a Golden Goal mode. Become Immortal Become Immortal will allow you to choose your favourite eligible CM rated 85 or lower, and take them on a journey to immortality. Through a series of objectives across Squad Battles, Rush, Rivals and Champs, players can earn stat upgrades and Evolution Consumables which can be exclusively applied to your Become Immortal player. If you complete all available challenges, your selected player will go from 88 OVR to 92 OVR with 2 PlayStyle+’s, as well as a cosmetic upgrade to the Become Immortal Hero Evo shell - with Hero chemistry to match! Stay tuned for Week 2 of FUT Immortals where you can complete the Become Immortal experience. This will allow you to give your player a third PlayStyle+, take them all the way to 94 OVR & receive the exclusive Become Immortal ICON shell with Icon chemistry links. Entering your Become Immortal player into any non-Become Immortal Evolutions or applying any non-Become Immortal Consumables will remove the Become Immortal rarity from your item and make your player ineligible for further Evolutions specific to the Become Immortal path. What happens if I earn multiple PlayStyles or PlayStyles+ but already have the limit? No further PlayStyles or PlayStyles+ will be applied to your player. What PlayStyles and PlayStyles+ can I receive for my Become Immortals player? The following PlayStyles can be earned via the Honing your Craft Objective Group from April 4th: Anticipate Finesse Shot Incisive Pass Jockey Low Driven Power Shot Press Proven Technical Tiki Taka Trivela These can be applied to a MAX 92 OVR Become Immortal player, awarding up to a MAX 6 total PlayStyles. The following PlayStyles+ can be earned via the Rival Conquerer and Champion Objective groups from April 8th: Anticipate+ Finesse Shot+ Incisive Pass+ Intercept+ Quick Step+ Technical+ These can be applied to a MAX 92 OVR Become Immortal player, awarding up to a MAX 2 PlayStyles+. The following PlayStyles+ can be earned via a final paid Evolution, Immortality, from April 11th: Pinged Pass+ Press Proven+ Tiki Taka+ The Immortality Evolution will award the 3 PlayStyles+ listed above in order from top to bottom, meaning the PlayStyle(s)+ your player is awarded is dependent on the player’s existing PlayStyle+ setup. If your Become Immortal player currently has 2 PlayStyles+, they will receive Pinged Pass+. If your Become Immortal player currently has 2 PlayStyles+ and one of these is already Pinged Pass+, they will receive Press Proven+. If your Become Immortal player currently has 2 PlayStyles+ and these are already Pinged Pass+ & Press Proven+, they will receive Tiki Taka+. If your Become Immortal player currently has 0 PlayStyles+, they will receive Pinged Pass+, Press Proven+ and Tiki Taka+. When can I earn different upgrades for my player? The Become Immortal experience will launch via a free Evolution that will take your eligible CM to 88 OVR and place them on the Become Immortal Hero shell. Once you have chosen your player and put them into this Evolution, this is the only player who you can apply Become Immortal upgrades to. The first two Objective Groups - Honing your Craft & Local Hero will be released on April 4th. Honing your Craft will allow you to earn various base PlayStyles to help your player on their journey. Local Hero will give you the opportunity to add either the CDM or CAM positions to your player and will take your player to 90 OVR. Two further Objective Groups centered around Rivals and FUT Champions will be released on April 8th. These groups will allow you the opportunity to increase the Skill Moves and Weak Foot ability of your player and apply a maximum of 2 PlayStyle+ to your player. Completing both groups will also take your player from 90 to 92 OVR! Does it matter in what order I apply the consumables? To receive specific PlayStyles and PlayStyle+ for your player, you will need to apply any earned consumables in order of preference. Once the player reached a maximum of 6 regular PlayStyles and 2 PlayStyle+, they will receive no further PlayStyles. The Group Rewards from the Local Hero, Rival Conquerer and Champion Objective Groups will need to be applied in sequence. What are the differences between the CDM or CAM consumables? Each consumable will provide your player with different stat upgrades and roles depending on whether you prefer your midfielder to be more attacking focused or defensive focused. The CAM consumable will offer bigger increases in Shooting, Passing and Dribbling. It will also give Shadow Striker++ and Playmaker++ for the CAM position. The CAM consumable will cap the +15 Pace increase to 88. The CDM consumable will offer bigger increases in Defending and Physical. It will also give Holding++ and Deep Lying Playmaker++ for the CDM position. The CDM consumable will cap the +15 Pace increase to 86. How do I receive three PlayStyle+’s and more PlayStyles for my player? A final evolution will launch on April 11th which will allow you the opportunity to progress your Become Immortal player further! This evolution will let you apply a 3rd PS+ to your player, boost your player to 94 OVR, provide 3 bonus regular PlayStyles (Relentless, Block & Trickster in that order up to a max of 9 regular Playstyles) and receive the Become Immortal ICON shell, with ICON chemistry. I do not have enough FUT Champions points to compete in FUT Champions - how can I receive these upgrade for my player? Launching on April 8th, an Objective Challenge requiring playing two Rivals games will automatically grant you enough points to qualify for FUT Champions. Hey everyone, as part of Season 7 in EA SPORTS FC 25 we’re adding a new tier to the Season Pass to give you more options when choosing what content you want to pursue across multiple modes. This new premium tier is an additional ladder to the standard seasonal ladder available through FC Points and Football Ultimate Team Coins, and will include new tradable rewards, Player Items, Evolutions and more. We know this comes with a lot of questions, so we’ve teamed up with our Live Content Development team to share all the details here. Start Date The Premium Pass will be available using FC Points or UT Coins in FC 25 at the start of season 7. April 24 - 7am UTC Modes The Premium Pass will be available in Football Ultimate Team, Clubs and Manager/Player Career. We’ll get into specific rewards for this upcoming season below, and we'll be watching your feedback to ensure that we can continue delivering meaningful rewards wherever possible. Acquisition The Premium Pass will be available using FC Points or UT Coins. In Season 7, the Premium Pass will be available for: 1,000 FC Points 500,000 UT Coins Rewards We want to make sure you have full visibility into what the Premium Pass will get you. Here’s a quick overview on some of the new rewards we’ll be introducing as part of the Premium Pass. Tradeable Packs For the first time, we’re including Tradeable Packs as part of Seasonal Rewards through the Premium Pass. SP (Season Points) Boosters Receive 10,000 SP at level 20 of the Premium Pass, unlocking up to 10 levels of the Premium and Standard Pass Seasonal ladder. Player Items TOTS Flashbacks. TOTS Honourable Mentions (based on 2024/25 performances). Evolution Consumables Earn Evolution Consumables that provide Role++ and Playstyle+ improvements In the Standard Ladder, the requirements for the Playstyle+ Evolutions will be: Max 94 OVR, Max 8 Playstyles, Max 3 Playstyle+. In the Premium Pass, the requirements for the Playstyle+ Evolutions will be: Max 95 OVR, Max 8 Playstyles, Max 3 Playstyle+. Retro Cosmetic Evolutions Similar to the Cosmetic Evolutions introduced during FUT Birthday, we’ll be introducing more retro shell designs from Football Ultimate Team history and this time they’ll be TOTS themed. Now, let’s show you exactly what this will look like in Season 7. Below are the exact rewards available at every tier in the Premium Pass. FAQs What happens if I purchase the Premium Pass after I’ve made progress in the standard ladder? No matter when during Season 7 or at what level you decide to get the Premium Pass, you will retroactively earn all the Premium Pass rewards from the levels that you’ve completed. Will I still receive the 10,000 SP boost if I get the Premium Pass after I’ve made progress in the standard ladder? Yes, the 10,000 SP boost and all other Premium Pass rewards earned up to your current SP progression point will be made available once you obtain the Premium Pass. If you have less than 10 levels remaining on the ladder, the boost here will take you to the final level. For example, if you’ve reached the second to last level, the boost would only increase you by one more level. How do I redeem my SP? You will be able to redeem your 10,000 SP by claiming the reward on either the FC Season menu in the Ultimate Team game mode or via the FC Hub on the Main Menu. Can I save my SP Boost for next season? The 10,000 SP boost earned via the Premium Pass will only apply to the current season and does not carry over to a new season. Other rewards earned via the Premium Pass can be saved to be claimed later. What happens if I redeem my SP in Clubs or Career? Players can only redeem SP through the FC Hub or FC Season tab in the Ultimate Team game mode. When claimed through either source, the SP will automatically increase your earned SP by up to 10,000 (to a maximum of 40,000 / Level 40). Are we changing standard Seasonal Rewards with the introduction of a Premium Pass? No, the rewards in the standard Season Pass will continue to scale throughout FC 25 as if there was no Premium Pass. The Premium Pass is purely additive and we will not be shifting rewards from the standard tier of the Season Pass to the Premium Pass. Are any rewards in the Premium Pass exclusive? Yes, currently there are exclusive Players, Cosmetics, and Playstyle+ EVO Consumable items in the Season 7 Premium Pass. How can I earn Premium Pass rewards? Players can earn SP to unlock Season Pass and Premium Pass rewards in Career Mode, Clubs, and Ultimate Team. We’re excited to release the Legends Return Update (TU #10) and it brings a new shooting PlayStyle, new Player Items and ICONs, and much more. You can expect to see: A new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle and PlayStyle+. Reduced Precision Lob Pass accuracy. The return of the fabled Roma Trio to Football Ultimate Team and the addition of Franz Beckenbauer as an ICON. New Super Sub Player Items that receive full Chemistry when coming into a match. The return of the Classic XI to Kick Off and Online Friendlies, and the addition of Canada’s Women’s National Team. Increased Clubs level cap by 20 and added new Facilities. The new Target Live UT Friendly inspired by the Low Drive Shot PlayStyle. Updated Career Mode UI and Player Career ICON selection. Updated visual flair with refreshed main menu vibes, set piece animations, and new SuperFans in pre-match scenes. This update does not contain any major balance changes to the game, it has a few smaller tweaks based on your feedback alongside a few issues addressed that we’ve highlighted below. Let’s jump into it. Gameplay The New Low Driven Shot PlayStyle & PlayStyle+ We’ve seen your feedback around shooting and wanting to have more options on that front, and we’re excited to bring the new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle in the Legends Return Update. Our intent here is to enable you to more consistently perform precise shots taken with a short press of the shooting input, often referred to as low driven shots. The Low Driven PlayStyle has the following effects: - Significantly increased shot accuracy. - Moderately increased ball travel speed. - Moderately increased how quickly players can perform the requested shot. Note that the Low Driven Shot PlayStyle+ has the same effects as above, but they’re tuned to be more effective. Here’s how this shot type can look with no PlayStyles in effect. Here’s how it can look with the Low Driven Shot PlayStyle+. The ball travels faster, the shot is more accurate, and the shot is taken more quickly. The Low Driven Shot PlayStyle and PlayStyle+ is available in Football Ultimate Team, Career Mode (Youth Academy Players and Player Career), and Clubs. Precision Lob Pass And Clearance Header Updates While TU #10 doesn’t seek to redefine how the game is played, we’ve made a few smaller changes based on your feedback. The two most significant ones in this update are: - Moderately reduced accuracy of fully powered Precision Lob Passes. With this change we continue towards making Precision Lob Passes behave more authentically, with the goal of lowering their use in kick off scenarios. - Significantly increased the accuracy of clearance headers. Gameplay Issues Addressed This update addresses a handful of smaller scale gameplay issues posted on the EASF Tracker, and we wanted to highlight two of them for you here: - In some specific situations, AI defenders did not press the ball carrier as intended. This issue mainly occurred during potential offside scenarios, with the AI defender over prioritizing the offside line instead of attempting to press an offensive threat. To be clear, addressing this issue is not intended to improve AI defending across the board, it's to address situations where you would typically expect an AI player to press the ball carrier to begin with. - Sometimes, incorrect goalkeeper save animations could have occurred when the keeper was trying to save tight angle near post shots. We wanted to make sure we could address this issue before introducing the Low Driven Shot PlayStyle, and now we expect the goalkeepers to behave more authentically when attempting to save tight angle near post shots. Football Ultimate Team New ICONs & Heroes (Yes, The Roma Trio Is Back!) One of Football Ultimate Team’s most memorable trios is returning in FC 25. A decade after their reign, Seydou Doumbia, Victor Ibarbo, and Gervinho are back, bringing back memories of their blistering pace and silky dribbling. Starting Friday, March 14 in FUT Birthday Week 2, Streets Won’t Forget versions of the Roma Trio will be available through Objectives and Evolutions in Football Ultimate Team. Additionally, FUT Birthday Hero versions of the trio will be included in the Football Ultimate Team pool of items for Packs. The Base versions of the Roma Trio will not be available in the pool of items for packs in FC 25. And for the first time in FC history, Franz Beckenbauer will feature in Football Ultimate Team as an ICON. Beckenbauer’s career was defined by success at the highest level, winning three consecutive European Cups, two Ballon d'Or awards, and a World Cup. On Friday, March 21, Franz Beckenbauer’s Base ICON version will be added to the Football Ultimate Team pool of items for packs as part of the UEFA Dreamchasers campaign. His first campaign version will follow on Friday, April 4, debuting as part of the FUT Immortals campaign in Football Ultimate Team. Super Sub Player Items Are Coming To Football Ultimate Team We're looking forward to introducing Super Sub Player Items in the near future. These Player Items will have full Chemistry when they’re subbed into matches during the second half and beyond. Additionally, following the same activation conditions, Role Familiarity at the Role+ level will be increased to Role++.Just keep in mind that these Player Items need to be subbed-in in their primary or alternate positions in order for their Chemistry and Role Familiarity effects to be active. New Live Football Ultimate Team Friendly - Targets We’re also excited to add a new Live Ultimate Team Friendly called Targets through a Server Release soon, a match type inspired by the new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle. At the start of the match, targets will appear at each corner of the net for both teams. Hitting those targets when scoring will count as 2 goals and will permanently destroy the target that was hit. This means each player will have an opportunity to scope up to 4 additional goals by hitting all 4 targets over the course of the match. With this new mode we aim to offer players a fun and strategic choice when deciding their shooting targets and we encourage everyone to try the new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle as an effective way to hit those lower corners. Clubs Level Cap Increase And New PlayStyle Following a Server Release, we’ll soon be expanding Clubs progression with 20 additional levels, enabling you to earn more Skill Points and develop further. Each level will bring 1 Skill Point, with level 120 giving 5 Skill Points for a total of 24 extra Skill Points, enabling new player progression options. Additionally, at level 110 players will be able to unlock the new Low Driven Shot+ PlayStyle for their Avatars. Regular Low Driven Shot PlayStyle will be available without any level restrictions similar to other PlayStyles. New Facilities We’re introducing two new Facilities - the Low Driven Drill and Strength Drill. The Low Driven Drill Facility is a great way for everyone in the club to experience and try the new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle, and the Strength Drill will provide the Block PlayStyle+. Paired with key Attribute increases, the new facilities add more options for the club’s manager. Here’s what these 3-Star Facilities will include: Low Driven Drill Attributes: Long Pass, Shot Power PlayStyle: Low Driven Shot Strength Drill Attributes: Strength, Stand Tackle PlayStyle: Block+ As a reminder, enhancements from Facilities apply to all player-controlled clubmates and not AI-controlled clubmates during League, Playoff, and Friendly Matches. The new Facilities will become available following a Server Release. Double Coin Events We’ll be introducing Double Coins Events to Clubs following a Server Release, and players will be able to earn extra Coins during these events. Similarly to the Double XP event introduced in First Frost update, players will be able to see 2x Multiplier in the menus to know when the event is active. Furthermore, events can have both XP and Coins effects simultaneously, meaning players can receive Double XP and Double Coins after each played game. We are planning to run several Double Coins and XP events over the course of the upcoming seasons, so keep an eye on Clubs menu. Career Mode Career Mode UI Improvements, New ICONs, And More We continue to update Career Mode with new Live Start Points and Snapshots, and in this update we’re also making some UI changes based on your feedback. The Central tab now shows Upcoming Fixtures and displays current Standings, meanwhile, Task List text has been made smaller for easier viewing. Career Mode also has the new Low Driven Shot PlayStyle, Youth Academy Players can develop it in Manager Career and it can be unlocked in Player Career. Today in Football Ultimate Team we’ll be introducing Training Camp Evolutions, a passive way to upgrade your Football Ultimate Team Player Items through the Web and Mobile Companions. Training Camp Evolutions will appear alongside other Evolutions, but they function a little differently and do not count towards the active Evolutions limit. When you submit an eligible Player Item for a Training Camp Evolution, that Player Item will be unavailable to use in gameplay for a set period of time until it’s upgraded, but it can still be viewed in your Club. When that set amount of time passes, your Evolution will have the corresponding upgrades applied once you claim it, and it can be used in gameplay once again. Some Training Camp Evolutions may even let you do further upgrades over time, enabling you to claim multiple levels of upgrades for the submitted Player Item. You’ll also be able to cancel an active Training Camp Evolution if you change your mind about it, but note that this will result in your Player Item not getting any unearned upgrades, and the Evolution you had previously put a Player Item into will no longer be available. Once a Training Camp Evolution is active and until it is complete, it can only be cancelled and there is no way to temporarily pause it. Training Camp Evolutions are intended to be a bite-sized FC experience you can interact with when you’re not actively playing FC 25 and are only available to get on Web and Mobile Companions. However, you are able to view your active Training Camp Evolution details and claim completed levels in-game on console/PC as well. You will also be able to view available Training Camp Evolutions in-game on console/PC prior to submitting an item on the Companion App. Collecting your upgraded Player Item can be done both in-game and through the Companions, but note that claiming a completed level for your Player Item will automatically start the next level of the Evolution, if it is available. Training Camp Evolutions will be introduced during Fantasy FC, with smaller upgrades intended to help familiarise yourself with this new system. Frequently Asked Questions How can I activate a Training Camp Evolution? Training Camp Evolutions can only be activated on the Web and Mobile Companions within the Evolutions section. Please note you are required to log out of your Football Ultimate Team on Console/PC before you are able to view your Football Ultimate Team on the Mobile or Web Companion App. Do Training Camp Evolutions count towards my active Evo limit? No, Training Camp Evolutions do not count towards your active Evo limit. For example, you are able to have two active in-progress Evolutions at the same time as a Training Camp Evolution. Training Camp Evolutions have their own separate limit which is currently set at one. How long do Training Camp Evolutions take to complete? Training Camp Evolutions can be as short as a few hours to longer than 30 days. The level of rewards received will generally align with the amount of time required to complete the Training Camp Evolution, so longer Evos may require more substantial time to earn. Can I use my Training Camp Evolution in-game while it is in progress? No. You will be unable to use an item that is in an active Training Camp Evolution in-game until the time specified on the Evolution has passed. If you try to enter a match with a Player Item that is currently in an active Training Camp Evolution, you will receive a message prompting you to remove the Item from your Squad before you begin matchmaking. You are able to cancel the Training Camp Evolution to return your Player Item’s in-game eligibility, however, you will not be able to receive any unearned upgrades and will not be able to restart the same Training Camp Evolution slot with another Player Item. Are Training Camp Evolutions free? Similar to standard Evolutions, Training Camp Evolutions may be offered with or without in-game currency requirements. Cancelled Training Camp Evolutions will not give players the rewards from the remaining levels, and players will not receive any FC Points or Coins used on the Evolution. Can I start a Training Camp Evolution with an in-progress, standard Evolution? No, you will not be able to use in-progress Evolutions to start a Training Camp Evolution.
