[Feedback] 60Hz Optimization Needs Performance and Stability Improvements
https://youtu.be/EnpYNMoRHN4?si=RUmFYRvhoHKoDvB6There is unstable frame pacing on 60Hz devices. [Gameplay has noticeable micro-stutters and frame delivery is inconsistent. The issue is visible in gameplay itself and is not caused by screen recording. Please improve 60Hz optimization and frame pacing stability.] Hello dear developers of FC Mobile. I would like to submit official feedback regarding 60Hz optimization and overall game performance. The game should be better optimized for mobile devices with medium and lower hardware specifications to ensure stable gameplay. I am playing on Realme C30s, and I have noticed network and performance inconsistencies. During matches, the ping is shown as approximately 56 ms, however, in the main menu, the ping suddenly shows 999 ms, which may indicate a display or optimization issue. I kindly request improvements in 60Hz optimization, better FPS stability, reduced stuttering, and more accurate network status indicators for mobile devices. These improvements would significantly improve the overall gameplay experience. Thank you for your attention.14Views0likes2CommentsPack exclusive dress in event
Hello! So sorry if this has been said before, I looked around for a while and I can't find anyone talking about it, but this is about the Enchanted By Nature pack exclusive dress that is free in the Lost Legacies event. I think this dress should be made non pack exclusive, there is no gameplay tied to it, and other than being kinda floral inspired there's no reason to have it be EBN only! I don't want EBN, it doesn't really interest me, there are other packs I would way rather buy. A dress has no reason to be something you need a specific pack for, in the forever friends event we got a free pair of shoes, it would have been so weird if they came as a pack exclusive and you could only use them if you own Outdoor Retreat or Adventure awaits. This is so stupid! The other pack exclusive things are fine! A horse saddle you obviously need a horse to use and the memorial table is tied to gameplay in life and death, so that is totally understandable. But a "free" dress being paywalled behind a $40 pack you may not even want is ridiculous. TLDR, There is a "free" dress in the event that you need Enchanted By Nature to get access to, but there is no reason to tie it to one specific pack when it's just a dress. I want it to be available to everyone for free. (Side note, I play on console, so free clothing for my sims means a lot to me because I can't use CC)93Views4likes2CommentsMADDEN 26-27 IMPROVEMENT IDEAS
This is a thread I wanted to start so everyone on here can have their ideas seen and heard by EA_Shepard and other EA Staff while also having a single, organized place to share them. This in turn makes it easier to read and organize these thoughts in order to pass on to dev teams. Please be respectful and feel free to put down anything you would want to see in a coming update or in newer games to come. I'll start by adding these ideas: Downloadable Rosters & Draft Classes from past years for nostalgic Franchises. Customizable Divisions and Schedules like what is found in CFB (Great for Fantasy). Reincluding the option of Coaching Legends for Coach Mode (Also Great for Fantasy). Possibly reinclude custom facial uploads for custom coaches in Coach Mode. Revamped and reincluded Player/Owner Modes. - Ultimately to summarize this: For Owner Mode, I'd like to see Team Builder tied more exclusively to a new version of this where customization of everything from the ground up is key for the most customizable experience ever. For Player Mode, I'd like what little works well within Superstar to be tied to a new, revamped Player Mode, where the storylines and cutscenes are more included here, and less in other modes. This would include being able to choose an existing player within a franchise, and focus exclusively on their career; OR, create a new player and start as you would within Superstar. I'd like to see Team Builder weaved into relocation for all online modes and somehow introduced into offline. Inclusion of holding the L2/LT to Switch Stick to minimize switching by accident, especially while trying to pass rush. Include more cities and teams for Relocation. Cities where franchises already exist like Miami, LA, or Detroit, as well as new ones like Boston, Phoenix, or Birmingham. More Stadium options for Relocation. Reinclude Build a Stadium within Team Builder. I'm talking from scratch...not just editing the field. Reinclude the ability to edit and create more custom uniform combinations. Within the Edit Rosters section of the Creation Center, more flexibility to edit a player's contract, abilities, etc, would be nice. Better Training Camp - Introduce some ability to gain physical STR, SPD, AGI, COD, by introducing some of the game found in Superstar like the 3Cone, Weightlifting, 40YD, etc. - This is where mini-games shine. Make games open for more players to train and have them more focused on gaining skill points and less on XP and Rookie Reps. This is a great way to help maintain the physical ability of Vets, or take your high-level Superstars to the next level. Revamp Weekly Training - Make this less focused on mini-games and tie it more to Practice Mode and gaining XP/Rookie Reps. The way the have Wear & Tear worked into this is nice; Now just optimize it. Optimize Coach Central and Coaching Abilities. - It's a bit to type but my thoughts on this can be found in my "M26 Franchise Feedback thread" thread. I feel that's a pretty good start for now. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone that reads and I look forward to seeing more thoughts and ideas shared here!2.9KViews8likes154Comments60Hz Devices Are Unfair in Competitive Play – Please Improve
Dear FC Mobile Development Team, Thank you for creating such an enjoyable and competitive football game. I truly respect the effort and passion your team puts into development, and I play the game regularly. However, I would like to ask you to consider improving optimization for low-end Android devices. Many players from Ukraine and other countries use smartphones with 60Hz displays, and it is currently very difficult to compete fairly in Rivals mode. Offline matches against NPC opponents run smoothly and feel stable, almost like playing with very low ping. Unfortunately, online matches against real players become very unstable. Even when the game shows around 56 ms ping, the gameplay feels delayed and unresponsive, similar to 999 ms. Because of this, I sometimes have to use a friend’s 120Hz phone just to reach FC Champion rank, which should not be necessary for competitive play. Better optimization and more stable online performance would allow many more players with weaker devices to enjoy the game and stay active in the community. Thank you very much for your attention. I sincerely hope you will consider this suggestion. Respectfully, FC Mobile League Player Rogues UA23Views2likes2CommentsCross-Platform DLC Transfers for The Sims 4
Dear Reader, As a dedicated Sim player for over 18 years, I genuinely love and enjoy the game. While I've occasionally been frustrated by some updates (or the lack thereof), nothing has been more disheartening than the inability to transfer purchased packs across platforms. I currently play on PlayStation but have been considering switching to PC/Mac for greater convenience, especially when traveling. However, I was shocked to discover that the significant investment I've made in The Sims 4 content—over $1,400 across expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits—would not carry over to a new platform. This limitation is both frustrating and discouraging for loyal players like myself. What is the point of having an EA account if it doesn't provide the flexibility to access purchased content across platforms? The idea of repurchasing the same DLC content for another $1,400 is unreasonable and alienating to devoted fans. Allowing cross-platform pack transfers would offer more advantages than drawbacks: Player Loyalty and Customer Appreciation: The Sims franchise thrives on its passionate and loyal player base. Allowing cross-platform pack transfers would show that EA values and appreciates its most dedicated players. Increasing Player Engagement: Players are more likely to engage with the game on multiple platforms when their content carries over. This flexibility enhances the player experience, encouraging greater long-term involvement in the game. Consistency with Industry Trends: Cross-platform play and transferable purchases are becoming industry standards. Major gaming companies such as Epic Games, Microsoft, and Ubisoft have embraced this model, making it easier for players to access their content across different devices. EA should follow suit to remain competitive and player-focused. Convenience for Players on the Go: Gaming isn't confined to a single device anymore. Many players, myself included, would love to play The Sims 4 while traveling or on road trips by simply hotspotting a laptop to a phone. Without cross-platform content, this becomes nearly impossible for console players. Protection Against Piracy: The current system inadvertently encourages players to seek unauthorized ways to access their paid content on other platforms. Offering a legitimate solution for transferring packs would reduce the incentive for piracy. Increased DLC Sales: Players who have the flexibility to use their packs across platforms are more likely to continue purchasing new content rather than feeling alienated by platform restrictions. Improved Customer Satisfaction: Happy customers are more likely to recommend the game and remain loyal to the franchise. Allowing pack transfers would address a significant pain point for many players, fostering a more positive relationship with the EA brand. I understand that some might argue I should simply remain on PlayStation, but it's not always practical. Being able to hotspot my laptop during travel and play like so many other players would be a game-changer for me. I appreciate the hard work the team puts into developing new content, and I'm more than willing to continue supporting The Sims series financially. However, I cannot justify paying twice for the same content. Loyal fans deserve a better solution. I sincerely hope EA will consider addressing this issue and providing a solution that benefits the entire player base. Thank you for your time and for listening to this long-time player's concerns. ~ Haley812Views12likes54CommentsHelicopter repair from the passenger seat
I'd like the developers to address the issue of helicopter repairs being encountered from the passenger seat. When playing as an engineer, I can't repair the vehicle properly because the repair tool doesn't reach the helicopter. The meter doesn't appear. I have to work really hard to find a spot where the repair process can begin. And even if I do find one, it's often interrupted because the helicopter moves and spins, and you and the gas burner move away from the repair spot. It's as if the repair area from inside the vehicle is severely limited. In previous games, repairs were easily done from the passenger seat, no matter which way the gas burner was turned. But in Part 6, the repair area is severely limited.
