New Conquest character Luke in Jedi robe from The Mandalorian S2. JML Lifter.
People don't need Luke in stormtrooper armor. He's not a hype character. What people need is Luke with the Merciless Massacre ability like Darth Vader have and for him to activate the Telekinetic pressure ability at the end of the Carnage, which insta-kills the last victim of the Luke's Massacre. This is what players need. The full destructive power of the LIGHT SIDE!Bf6 unfair and Random EA BANS
I was playing portal servers on BF6 and was banned for violating the EA guidelines. When I went to check what this was, it was correlated to boosting using portal servers, which they in turn provided with a permanent ban. I have seen many similar cases in the EA forums where EA decides to ban players based on their time spent in portal servers, whereas even after individuals apply many tickets of support they are met with declined ban appeals with automated messages from EA services. I am frustrated with the appeal process and have not gotten a response from EA support, and have been waiting 1+ weeks. The lack of support is upsetting, especially because the ban is correlated to a specific entity of the game. If players are not allowed to spend significant amounts of time in portal servers, then why are they available to players. It makes no sense and is unfair to the player base. The Portal XP Nerf and the Betrayal of "Full Progression" - Targeted Solutions
Hello everyone, I am extremely disappointed, and I know I'm not alone, with the decision to drastically reduce XP progression and unlocks on PVE Portal servers. This reversal, just days after launch, is a massive blow to the community and directly contradicts the promises made about the Portal feature. 1. The Broken Promise of "Full Progression" Portal was introduced as the ultimate sandbox, guaranteeing full progression regardless of the mode chosen. This was one of the biggest selling points for a large segment of the player base. The current implementation severely penalizes players who simply want to enjoy the PVE experience, learn new weapons, or progress at their own pace without the pressure of PVP. 2. The Nerf Solved Nothing and Punishes Honest Players The rush to "fix" XP farming has not resolved the underlying issue and has caused collateral damage: The Problem is the System, Not the Players: The initial XP farms were a predictable consequence of the tool. The fact that the server capacity issue is still prevalent shows that the XP nerf was a misguided attempt to mask a systemic infrastructure problem, not a solution to farming. Ineffective Measure: The XP farm servers are still over-capacity or have simply adapted to the new restrictions. Legitimate PVE players, however, are now left with a pointless grind. 3. This Drastic Nerf Will Kill Portal Ultimately, this broad nerf will do far more harm than good by killing the incentive to play the mode for the vast majority of users. Why would players spend time in Portal when their time spent is no longer respected by the progression system? Good community maps and genuinely fun PVE experiences will not be played under these conditions. Progression is the engine of engagement. By throttling it globally, you ensure that Portal, one of the game's key selling points, becomes a deserted ghost mode. Proposed Solutions: Restore Trust and Progression Instead of penalizing everyone, we urge the development team to adopt a multi-pronged approach that restores the promised progression for legitimate PVE play while seriously monitoring abuse. A. Restore Legitimate PVE Progression Re-enable Full XP on Official Game Modes: Progression (Full XP, Weapon Masters, Unlocks) must be fully restored for Portal experiences based on the official game types, even with AI bots filling the slots (i.e., Conquest, Rush, Breakthrough, Escalation, Team Deathmatch, FFA, and King of the Hill), in both Normal and Hardcore settings. Reinstate Solo/Co-op Mode: The dedicated Solo/Co-op vs. AI mode should be restored to Full Progression. This is the intended way for players to chill, learn the maps, and progress their unlocks without any impact on the live server environment. B. Target Abusers, Not the Community Serious Monitoring of Abusive Experiences: Implement active and immediate monitoring to identify and de-list or restrict XP only on custom servers that clearly use exploitative or non-conventional rule changes (e.g., 1-HP bots, instant respawns, AFK loop setups). Re-evaluate Unlock Requirements: Acknowledging the slow pace of unlocks, some Tier 1 requirements and attachments are currently an excessive "grind fest." Please take this opportunity to re-evaluate the requirements to make the core progression path less frustrating, reducing the incentive for players to seek out farming exploits in the first place. This community bought the game based on the promise of Portal's freedom and "full progression." We need you to deliver on that promise with targeted, effective solutions, not a blanket nerf that harms your loyal players. Thank you for your time and consideration.15KViews350likes1086CommentsGoalie: Left/Right-Right/Left Butterfly Glitch
There is an issue where if you're standing and you move right then left (or vice versa) quickly and attempt to slide (in the second direction) in butterfly - it causes a studder where instead of sliding, first the goalie will drop into the butterfly and then kick to slide over causing a delay in reactions.Dear EA/DICE: You’re Losing the Battlefield Community
Dear Developers, I want to start by saying that I honestly wish I didn’t have to write this post. I’m writing this as someone who’s genuinely sad and frustrated. It’s obvious that EA wanted to attract CoD players — and at first, I completely understood that and had no problem with it. My first impressions from the Beta were great, I was truly hyped, pre-ordered the Phantom Edition, and couldn’t wait for October 10th. Today I’m level 110, and I think it’s finally time to share my thoughts. I’ve been playing Battlefield for around 15 years, and my favorite will always be BF2 (RIP GameSpy). Well… we definitely got a product aimed at CoD players — but in the worst possible way. The TTK and TTD are absolutely miserable, the 4-player party limit is a joke, forced operator choices feel out of place, and there’s NO SERVER BROWSER! How can the lead producer say we don’t need one? I honestly thought it was a joke at first — and that the community feedback would be heard — but nothing ever happened. Matchmaking is a disaster. Every second match I play is completely unbalanced. There’s no option to pick the attacking or defending side without disconnecting and reconnecting a dozen times until it finally puts me where I want to be. This problem used to be handled by server admins through the browser — they helped keep matches fair and balanced. And don’t even get me started on the challenges. They’re an absolute pain to complete. I honestly don’t know if they were designed by an AI or by someone who’s never actually played the game, but they’re a complete tragedy. The overall pace of the game is way too fast, leaving almost no time for proper teamplay, even when you actually try to play tactically with friends. The gameplay experience feels on par with BF2042 — but ironically, that game still had more freedom. I honestly get the feeling that the developers haven’t played this game for more than 20 minutes… or worse, that this is intentional — which would be really sad and could bury the entire franchise. What also really disappoints me is the complete lack of developer feedback here on the forums. I understand you can’t respond to every single post, but it would be basic respect to at least address some of the hot topics here. Right now the community feels unheard, like our frustration just keeps piling up and EA leadership simply doesn’t care. Maps, maps, maps… This topic has already been brought up several times — and yeah, I wouldn’t say the maps are terrible, but they are really, really small and focused entirely on running and shooting with no sense of tactics whatsoever. As for the bugs, I’m still patient for now. We’re only in the first season, and I know updates will come — bugs happen in every game at launch. That said, I did expect a bit more polish for a 100€ title, but I can still understand it… for now. To end on a more positive note — the graphics are absolutely beautiful. I just wish we could enjoy this amazing world with more freedom, playing the way players want to play, not the way we’re being forced to. Please, developers — take a little time to listen to what players here on the forums are saying and what’s frustrating them. Otherwise, this could genuinely bury the whole franchise. Thank you for your time.2.2KViews81likes87CommentsDoes EA's anti-cheat system actually work?
I previously posted all my articles in the technical error report section, but no one read them, so I'm posting it here. As it stands, the Battle Royale mode is completely unplayable. It's entirely dominated by cheaters, to the point that it has become a competition among cheaters—seeing whose script is better. Moreover, during matchmaking, the comment section is flooded with ads selling cheats every round, constantly spamming. Also, in about half of the ten matches, you will be kicked out of the game by a cheater during the matchmaking phase—not from being removed from a match, but having your game crash directly. I'm not lying; this is the truth. I strongly oppose EA making Battle Royale mode free. Think about it: it's very easy to register an account. If a cheater's account gets banned, they can easily create another one. It's almost zero-cost cheating. EA, do you think this is okay? Just to make the game more popular, it actually ends up worsening the player experience. I think you could just sell the Battle Royale mode separately for $5 or $10. Why make it free? I really don't understand. I strongly recommend turning the Battle Royale mode into a paid version, and please strengthen your anti-cheat system. Then please check for accounts that are spamming ads in the public chat.80Views3likes9CommentsBf6 is not Battlefield anymore
Yesterday after once again the game was infested with cheaters i decided to launch Bf2042 and BfV, it blew my mind what a huge difference Bf6 is compared to the other Bf's, there's simply no comparison anymore, Bf6 has diminished itself to a fast paced no brain sweat lord online shooter wrapped in Bf skins. I really encourage everyone to launch a previous Bf, you'll be amazed how Bf6 doesn't even come close, and how peaceful you'll feel !! (it's weird how fast i forgot the difference) They fooled us all with their nice graphics but honestly after now playing the game for about 120 hours it feels boring, the maps are way to small and way to fast paced. It just feels repetitive and there's nothing appealing to stay, the speed ruins everything! It's become nothing more than a brainless shooter. This game is nothing more than a cortisol releaser on steroids and imo very unhealthy for mental health. It's nothing but frustration after frustration, to the point this can't be coincidence anymore. I think we can officially say the once awesome and fun Battlefield franchise is over. I'm going back to the previous ones, at least there i won't have to deal with the never ending bs they release on us and i'll be playing Bf6 like once every two months, if i even remember the game. There's nothing to gain in this game, it's just a big waste of time, it's a content creator farm. And the fact they killed Portal by removing the bots, the fact we get zero progression compared to what was advertised they clearly don't want us to chill & relax and play what WE want, i had it with these corporations taking away things, because the only reason for this is they are simply manipulating everyone to play what they say we have to play. They want power over you, that's why they don't rent out servers, they'll have to give away their power as you'll have the ability to moderate your server, they don't want that! You are not seen as a community, you are seen as consumers. See you on the other side, GG's3.3KViews64likes85CommentsREDSEC Feedback
- Matchmaking needs to be better! The majority of games I get matched with players from level 1-50 who have no clue what they are doing. They either leave as soon as they die, don't do missions, or are too scared to fight enemies. - The "complete counter-missions" in REDSEC need to be reduced or replaced with something else. Trying to complete these challenges with randoms is impossible. - Airstrikes ruin actual gunplay and team fights. No strategy just spam airstrikes. Make them more rare because right now they are way too easy to get. - REDSEC quads starts early resulting in some teams only having 2 or 3 players? You are basically putting them at an even bigger disadvantage and essentially just playing to lose at that point. - Armor plate mechanic is dumb. Why not make the TTK slower or increase soldier base HP so it takes longer to kill them and remove armor plates entirely? - Reduce the shotgun RNG from loot containers. Early game that's mostly all I find and they are terrible.Suggestion for Post-Game Stats Screen
I'd like to make a suggestion/piece of feedback. I understand most wont have this problem but I'd love the option to indefinitely postpone automatic matchmaking while in the post-game stats screen. For me, I like to not only take my time and soak in each tab of the game's info, but I like to take a genuine break in between matches. Having just the press of a button of "pause matchmaking" would be nice so I can take my time on the stats screen and then when I'm ready to jump back in I can press "resume matchmaking" or something. I think it would go a long way for folks who enjoy a break in between matches.
