How can I share my suggestions for Madden NFL 25?

Have Not Received The Genki Promo Pack
Today I logged in, didn’t receive my Genki promo pack that everyone gets, and then did a 96 Patrick Surtain II set and my game bugged out and I didn’t receive that, both times when I’ve contacted support I’ve been told to wait and it’s a server issue, if anyone knows how to fix let me know!EA Support representatives
I am extremely disgusted with the customer service from EA. I’ve been playing ea products since fifa 14. Yesterday and today I’ve contacted support and got the same support agent. I’ve spoken to a total of 3 so far. Yesterday I was told to wait 24 hours and reach back out. Today was they were rude and didn’t help. Today starts with Juan Pablo, where I explain the issue where I did a set and didn’t get the rewards. It then takes him 45 ish minutes to tell me after carefully examining it you didn’t complete it. I asked to be transferred to a different agent where I get connected to the same one from yesterday, Dhrubajyoti. Yesterday during our conversation I was told to wait 24 hours and reach back out if the issue wasn’t resolved. I reached back out today and I was told that he never said that and he read the thread from the previous day, which I have a screenshot of him saying. He then tells me to remember exactly the players I submitted yesterday which I recalled was 3x93 Josh Allen, 1x93 Bo Nix, 1x93 Jason McCourty, I could be mistaken about these players but all around the same price. He then proceeds to tell me that these aren’t the requirements which also conflicts what he said the day before (also have a screenshot of him saying I need 3x93 NFL HONORS 2x93-94 any). He then proceeds to tell me to go complete it after I don’t have coins anymore and all challenges completed to go do the set. So I asked him if I didn’t have the required items for the set what are the requirements. I was sent a massive paragraph saying I needed to complete challenges which really makes me feel like he hasn’t even played a game of madden before. I informed him that he sent me different requirements yesterday and I have them screenshotted and he told me I’m incorrect. Which again I have the screenshot. To sum up the end of the chat, I asked him repeatedly how am I wrong and he ignored all of it and just said there’s nothing he can do. He tells me I’m closing the chat goodbye after no solution was found. And again I had video proof uploaded that I did the set and didn’t get the 96 OVR Patrick surtain II champion card screenshots will be uploaded

I think I’m madden 26 they should get Tony romo’s commentating team and Tom Brady’s commentating team to be the new voices on madden. I also think that when you play with a home team and you choose a throw back jersey they should make the field have the throwback logo on it and have the stadium decorated how they have it when they do the throwback jerseys for the teams in the NFL.
Genki Force uniforms unobtainable?
These uniforms are in the catalogue however they are unobtainable in the game. There is no solo challenge, store offer, set or objective which reward these. How do you obtain these EA? And can you also please release a set for alternative uniforms? we got them in season 1 and haven’t seen them since. MCS players have them but no one else can?
Connect Franchise
In Madden 26 I want to be able to carry my current Connected Franchise over to the new game. Me and my friends don't feel like buying a new game if we can't carry it over, and we can only get in a couple seasons before the new game comes out each year. It would encourage more people to buy the new game if they know they can keep their Connected Franchises going. It defeats the purpose of connected franchise if you have to start over every two seasons. If anyone from EA see's this please help. Thank you!!Level 50 unobtainable in field pass
Calculated my exp i have left, I'm going to be 221,000 exp short. I didn't buy madden until 3 weeks into the season and i bought the field pass a few days later, but I've been doing dailies every day since, I've gotten all the challenges done all the milestone and programs objectives done. The only reason I wanted the field pass was for the premium items at level 48 and 50, and I was NEVER able to obtain them from the jump but the page said I'd be able to reach it. I've gotten the maximum amount of XP that EA has given me an opportunity to get and got cut short. I bought this for my account and my fathers too, he plays more then I do and he won't be able to get it, he's about 200k short as well, this is bad business practice that I cant let slide, so someone let me know what my options are. Im not going to settle for "oh well"
