Coaching Adjustment Presets Issue When Slow Simming.
EA_Kent There should be an auto option for the coaching adjustment presets. I noticed that because my offensive tempo was set to normal when I slow simmed the game, my team did not run the hurry up offense inside two minutes, even though we were losing. I’m assuming that this was because my coaching adjustment presets were set to normal tempo. For people who like to watch CPU versus CPU this will be a major problem as as a user controlled team will not make coaching adjustments during the game, but the CPU control team will. Please fix this before launch. I am a strictly slow Sim player and I play thousands of hours each cycle. If this is not fixed, then I will not be able to play this game. This is my 27 Feedback
DTs felt kinda OP soon as I snap it was almost a instant shed in H2H online clicking on to make a play on the ball as a DB felt like the WR always won even Greening a INT I turned off switch stick delay and it felt like everytime I’m spamming right stick it is so delayed and when it finally lets u switch u feel VERY SLOW…. Can we update announcers and playbooks I feel like im playing madden 26 with a defense update offensively oline needs a little boost there still kinda of dumb Game still freezing when trying to pick a play have to pause the game like 2x to fixOnline vs Play Now
I like the different camera angles and the intro that the play now feature brought. It’ll be cool to implement that feel to online h2h play. Also some of the numbers are wrong in online play. Not sure if that is a bug and also we weren’t able to play with certain players in online h2hGamplay
I recently played Madden 27 Beta on PS5 head to head online. I have nothing bad to say about the game in general. One thing I had a problem with is the camera view in pre- snap and it lags to get back to the camera view that you want and also the receiver catching the ball can use some work as well they don’t make as much effort catching the ball like the previous MaddenErrors And Feedback
Madden Franchise Mode Feedback (User vs CPU Simulation) Injury & Wear and Tear • Questionable, Probable, and Doubtful statuses feel ineffective in simulation. • Add the ability to manually sit players based on injury designation. • Quarterbacks taking major hits should have a higher chance of fumbles and wear-and-tear effects. • Wear and Tear sliders (Per-Play Recovery, Per-Timeout Recovery, Per-Quarter Recovery, Healing Reserve Pool, Week-to-Week Recovery) do not appear to have a noticeable impact. • Trainer abilities such as Questionable Status Shift, Probable Status Shift, Doubtful Rejuvenation, Healing Accelerator, Injury Relief, and Injury Recovery feel ineffective. • Weekly training rest options (Rest, Half Pads, Full Pads) often do not produce noticeable results. • Injured Reserve should function like the NFL, allowing eligible players to return after recovery. Gameplay & Simulation • Kickers should occasionally miss routine field goals and experience inconsistent performances to better reflect real NFL kicking. • Play-action plays frequently result in edge rushers immediately sacking the quarterback, regardless of awareness or play-recognition ratings. • Offensive tackles disengage too quickly on designed rollouts and bootlegs. • Increase holding penalties and add greater penalty variety to better reflect real NFL games. • Undisciplined players should be more likely to commit penalties based on ratings and tendencies. • Defensive backs should occasionally fail to locate the football after getting into position. • Linebackers and defenders should occasionally commit late-hit or out-of-bounds penalties. • CPU teams should use timeouts more intelligently to recover from wear and tear or adjust after audibles. • Sliders such as QB Accuracy, Run Blocking, WR Catching, Ball Security, Special Teams, and Precipitation should have a more noticeable impact. Coaching & Staff • During Staff Week, users should receive notifications when coordinators are receiving job offers or considering leaving. • Head coaches should have the option to decline job offers. • Coaches should have motivations similar to players. • Coach goals and job security systems need greater impact. • Coaching wear-and-tear currently exists but lacks meaningful abilities or effects. Scouting & Player Development • Talent Evaluator, Fit Finder, and Eagle Eye scouting abilities feel ineffective. • Position-specific player notes should be expanded and have a stronger influence on simulation outcomes. • CPU teams should adjust player positions to better fit schemes, similar to real NFL teams. • There should be more realistic linebacker prospects for 3-4 defenses, including players with balanced pass-rush and coverage abilities. • Mock drafts should account for top prospects falling and avoid user-controlled teams selecting Day 2 or Day 3 talent over clearly superior first-round prospects. Roster Management • Practice squad rules should match real NFL regulations. • Add an option to automatically insert backups when: A game is effectively decided. A division title or playoff bye has already been secured. During preseason games. Awards & Logic • Backup offensive linemen should not regularly win Best Offensive Lineman awards over deserving starters. • Simulation logic and award calculations need refinement. Presentation & Immersion • Bring back a presentation style similar to Madden 10 (2009). • Show players arriving at the stadium and walking through tunnels. • Show fans tailgating and entering the stadium before games. • Include aerial stadium shots with weather reports. • Display player and coach statistics during warmups. • Show the away team entering first, followed by the home team's traditional entrance. • Add bye-week conversations and team discussions involving coaches and staff for deeper immersion.A non-discussed topic
Something I haven't seen people talk about that I think could really help with differentiating player models, could be to bring back the body part scaling system that was in Madden a few years ago. With the new physique system I think it could really help out with making players look uniquely different, like each physique could have a different ceiling and floor for the scaling of the body parts. Ik this probably won't come to Madden 27 but I think in 28 this could be a potential feature brought back better than it was.
