I can’t sell cards

How is possible that I’ve been 2 months with a bug that I can’t sell my UT cards and NO ONE DOES NOTHING.. The counter has been stuck on '24 hours' for over A MONTH. I need you to manually sync my market cap from the server because it doesn't reset automatically. I’m member of EA play, I bought the game and this is ruining my experience in the game . Please fix this, it’s hard t not quit the game when I try to talk to you for 2 MONTHS and the bug remains. I got the Nunez fc Pro card tradable, and I CANT GET THE MONEY, if this continues like this, I need Ea to give my money back, the y don’t care about people’s experience
