Game: NHL 25 Platform: Xbox Series S Mode: Be A Pro Bug description: During a coach conversation right before the first game of the Stanley Cup Final (playing for Colorado Avalanche), the game freezes. The scene starts, but then the image freezes completely. Music continues to play, but I cannot interact – the game becomes unresponsive. I can return to the Xbox home screen, but the game does not continue. Tried: - Restarting game (full quit, not Quick Resume) - Reloading save file before the conversation - Changing my player's clothing - No success – the issue repeats every time. Please help – I can’t progress past this point in my Be A Pro career.Franchise mode freezing
So I was resigning my plsyers in franchise mode and when i exit the re sign page back to franchise mode menu, the game froze and I couldn't do anything. Only option was to restart the game and ofcourse it didn't save my progress. This has happened to me atleast three times now and i've lost my progress every time.Game crashes in champs/rivals and duplicate rewards from crowned 94ovr set
My stats are broken in champs, it’s says I’ve have 9-9-2 record. How ever if I go to the recent games it’s 12-7-2. I also have lost games where the game has crashes, this has only occurred while leading. This happend twice in champs and once in rivals yeaterday. Regarsing crowned set, I’ve did all the challenges for week 2 and crafted a 94ovr player bindes player, this turned out as a duplicate, which I can’t use at all?? Feels not correct due to the time put in to this. all in all, I’m missing out of a lot rewards and waste time during this weekend.Terrible servers + drastic increase of WOC dressing room bugs
The servers have been absolutely awful all week. I just lagged out of my 7th game in two days and am down 2.5K RP, do you guys not make enough money to have consistent servers for the one year life span of the game? Dressing room bugs are happening almost every single invite, how in the world does the frequency of a bug increase this drastically? Considering you guys charge $100 for a product that’s realistically worth somewhere in the realm of $39.99-$49.99 - I would assume good servers would be a given. We already know the game is polluted with bugs, but having to spend 15-20 minutes just to try and get into a lobby without bugging out just to lag out in the first period anyways is ridiculous.Unable to start NHL25
Hello. I have an issue already reported here, but no solution. After starting the game I get the error msg "can't connect to server to verify license". It work fine, but I tried to pkay after a while a it is like that. I have valid ps+ and ea play subscription on the same account. Thanks fot help. Screenshot attached.Menu glitch, game frozen. Can't save, close, or do anything.
I mean clearly there has been little work done to increase menu smoothness and speeds from nhl21 onwards, but to get the menu to get lost and freeze in SINGLEPLAYER (not online lag issues) in the year of our lord 2025 is unbelievably embarrassing. This **bleep** is elementary to get correct , yet the multi billion dollar EA videogame company can't figure it out for the life of them clearly.Controller intermittent freezing xbox X
Mid-game my controller intermittently becomes inoperable. Im able to pass but not skate. It's really hard to find success when your player doesn't move and you have to hope you can successfully pass it. Once the pass is completed I can usually skate with the new receiver. Sometimes I have to pass it a couple times then I can skate again. Im on XBOX SERIES X and have tried more than one controller.. same issueHacker in HUT ?

It was like that 3 times and on 4 times it wrote loss of connection and didn't count my XP or victory points at all. Is this a hack or just some lag in the game?
