Refund Request – Battlefield 6 Unplayable Due to Repeated Technical Issues
I’m honestly tired of having to deal with instability, crashes, or the game not launching at all after every update — whether it’s a game update, a graphics driver update, or a Windows update. I’ve played more than 400 hours of Battlefield 6 and I genuinely enjoyed the game. Even the lack of content didn’t push me away. However, constantly having to troubleshoot problems just to be able to play is simply too much. I’m sorry, but I’m done dealing with these issues. Because of this, you’ve lost another paying customer. I would like to request a refund for a game that is clearly not functioning properly.
Huge Frame Drop Affecting PC
Good day, I have a problem that starts appearing after the big update for season 2. So when I play the game, everything is going well. Then suddenly, Battlefield has a huge frame drop, the sound is awfull and it's affecting my whole computer. I can do everything with the computer, but it is taking a lot of time. When I close the game, my computer goes back to normal and everything seems OK. When I re-open Battlefield 6, everything seems normal, but the game has some frame-drop every 5 sec (even in the menu), making it almost unpleyable. The only way to stop the problem temporaly is by turning the computer off and back on, but the issue will reappaer in between 15mn-50mn after getting in a match. My computer is a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Gen 10 Intel with a Intel Core Ultar 9, 32 Ram and a 5070 RTX TI. I uninstall the game and reinstall it, change the settings and some others things, but nothing have worked. Thank you in advance,Error after playing Gauntlet - Our servers cannot process your request

I have attempted to do what EA_Solaire had suggested by moving items into the test folder and deleting the mods folder. Started a new game, exited, and a new mods folder was created, and I manually moved the items. So that suggestion doesn't work at all. So when I log in after creating that new folder, my mods show up on the startup option, confirming they are all there. I make sure the script and CC are enabled. Just to log into my game and not see them at all, I can't even get my outfits, etc., to show up. If the failed game pop up doesn't show up my CC doesn't show up. This has been goin on for 4 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ultimate Team Bug and Lag problem
Bug and lag issues When playing matches in Ultimate Team mode, there are no problems in the first half, but in the second half, immediately after the cutscene, the game crashes and lags to the point of being unplayable. This applies to AI matches as well. I bought the game 4 months ago, and it's been like this since the day I bought it. I haven't been able to get my complaint across. Please help.
Freezing/Crashing FC 26 pc
Can you please help, my game has been crashing/freezing since I bought it last year. I've tried all the solutions in the guides. I've been keeping up to date with possible solutions in forums. Updated graphics drivers to the current drivers as of 11/02/26. Repaired game files (I bought it from the ea app). I've tried practically everything and nothing has worked. The freezing is constant and it's accompanied by a loud scratchy static sound and the game crashes, or I have to manually power off my laptop. There's no error message. I'm using an RTX 4070 Gpu with 8gb Vram , 16gb ram Let me add this, the game has worked a handful of times but when I try opening it again, the freezing starts.Menu's freezing/crashing
When I'm doing anything in the game menus (SBC's, Objectives, Evolutions) my game stops and comes up with the EAFC loading symbol at the bottom which usually lasts for a few minutes then it will kick me out and come up with some sort of error message. This happens every few minutes and making the game almost unplayable. Anyone having this issue and know how to sort it?
