game stuck at start menu
3 days ago when i was playing i got blue screened (its not cuz of the game i get blue screens every now and then). After that my game started getting stuck at start menu screen. I cant even see the menu options im just looking at the background splash screen. I can move on the menu with my controller but i cant see where i am on the menu and after couple of seconds i get stuck at somewhere and cant even move anymore. I am willing to share screenshots if needed. Btw i tried to start my game from my friends pc with my account and got the same issue. But he can play the game on both of our pcs with his account.Connection to your opponent has been lost issue.
"Hi, on my PS5, in the newly purchased FC 25 game, Rivals, Rush, and Draft modes either show a black screen or display a 'connection to your opponent has been lost' error when the squad screen appears. Despite playing various online games on the same device without issues, I’m only experiencing this problem with this game. If there is a solution, I’d like it fixed; otherwise, I want a refund since I bought the game specifically for Ultimate Team."
