Edit Teams and Kick Off mode are broken functions of EA FC26
We play locally and edit teams to make custom squads. We have done this for years on FIFA and there was never an issue until FC25 where the game crashed after you edited teams and tried to play The issue was fixed FC25 in January. To our disbelief the issue is back in FC26. Game Stutters After Latest Update - PC
Since the updating the game today i have noticed the game stuttering severely at random intervals while in play. The game will stutter and freeze for around a second before continuing as normal but severely throws off any attempt at control during this period impacting gameplay. It seems to effect all game modes (Career, Kick off and online) and happens 1-3 times a game. The game ran without issue for me before this latest update and as nothing else has changed i can only assume it to be the cause. Im on a RTX 4080 and i7 12700k and the game runs at a solid 144fps (capped) when it is not having these random stutters. I have tried changing some settings such as switching to borderless screen, changing the FPS cap but nothing seems to have any effect.Constant buffering
I have been having trouble for a while now with constant buffering on home page or any other sections. Game play seems ok, though get chucked out from time to time with is annoying. Opening packs, doing SBC’s or evolutions takes forever. Losing my mind with this now. I have tried reloading game and deleting my current squad but neither have worked. Today, I attempted to play multiple matches, but each time, after entering matchmaking, I was stuck on “Connecting to the server” until I was eventually disconnected. This happened three consecutive times. This is not just a minor inconvenience — it is extremely discouraging and unfair. You, as the creators of the game, may not fully feel the pain that players like us experience in these moments. I ask you to please put yourselves in my position. Imagine preparing for a match, being ready to compete, only to be disconnected again and again without any control. What makes this even worse is seeing other players — friends and competitors — progressing, upgrading their teams, while I am losing opportunities and falling behind due to server issues that are completely out of my hands. This situation is deeply frustrating and honestly discourages me from continuing to play the game. A competitive game should reward effort and consistency, not punish players because of server instability. I strongly urge you to investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.
