UNEXPECTED ERROR loading Final round in Ones Eliminator
Every time when the Final round of the Ones Eliminator Tournament is starting I get an UNEXPECTED ERROR showing in the top of the screen. (Black text in a white border). This is in the screen where you would see your 2 opponents with their skill level and amount of goals and hits in their previous 2 games. I notice that the player names are not shown, just a - sign. After this error I return to the matchmaking screen again, this time without music in the background. Also new attempts from this matchmaking result in the same result. After forfeiting the Tournament I come back in the World of Chel Hub where I see an error code. Refer to the two attached files. I use the disc version of the game NHL 25. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Please help! I can't obtain the trophy related to winning a Ones Eliminator Tournament. Additionally: I tried to use an other jersey (one that I was able to play the finals with before), I switch my user emblem to the standard EA emblem, the same for my banner. I copied my loadout from slot 4 to slot 1. Another attempt resulted on almost the same result, but this time the Unexpected error text was not shown, I could see 1 other opponent and see the player names, but 1 opponent was not shwoing at all. The screen similar to the one displayed in the attached picture was shown for 30 minutes when I decided to close the game.
My NHL 25 Crashes daily
My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.
World of chel crashes
Since last night anytime me or one of my buddies try to enter a world of chel lobby we get an error code and kicked back to the dashboard immediately. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to get EA involved? It’s ridiculous how hundreds of people cannot play for unknown reasons.
Menu glitch
In World of Chel, this issue comes up after you play a game or even just go to free skate with one of your builds. When you exit free skate and then go navigate the menus (creating a build, editing jerseys, etc, happens in all of them) when you change directions, it doesn’t register your first press. This is on PS5. For example: going right in the menus a few times, then trying to navigate left, nothing happens. You only move to the left after your second press. This happens both directions. Whenever you change which way you are going in the menu, if takes and extra press of the button. So if you go right twice, you’ll move to the right twice, but then press left, you go nowhere, and now press right and you’ll still go nowhere. You need to press the same direction twice to change direction in the menus.NHL 24 and 25 crashing
Between last years game and NHL 25 I have crashed in more games then actually played when it comes to WOC game mode. I have done all possible methods to help the game run better. I have read that it could be an overheat issue, but that makes no sense because I can play other games all day long and not crash a single time. Even other EA games like battefield 2042 I have no issues. Just the NHL copies. EA if you see this, I demand a refund for the terrible product you Continue to put out every single year, just like today you put out an update that was suppose to “fix” these crashes from happening, and honestly I’ve crashed more times today then any other day. So once again I demand a refund for a game I can’t play consistently like I use too. I been playing your online since NHL 09 but you make it very easy not want to play this game anymore because you can’t fix a simple issue with your servers or networks. I want a refund for NHL 25 of that hasn’t been stated clear to you.
FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA
Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use
