PVZ Heros Nibble Bug
There's been a prominent bug since the huge card revamp update where nibble freezes the game for the player/players when it falls under 2 requirements Destroys a plant using nibble (reducing its HP to 0) The plant has a On Destroyed Effect (ODE) for example, zombie player has nibble and uses it on plant players "Galactus Cactus". The plant is destroyed but the game is then frozen My assumption is that the new nibble effect of giving a gourmet card on plant destruction is activating at the same time as the plants ODE, which the game gets confused on what to activate first and chooses to freeze
PvZ Hero’s PvP Disconnect
After starting a pvp battle, the initial screen showing who you are playing against pops up before black screening to enter the match. I have had several matches get stuck on this black screen with the loading flower in the bottom right. No amount of waiting will allow you to load in, and this results in a loss. Incredibly frustrating. Playing in North America, please fix this bug.PVZ Heroes - login reward missing
I got my 15 day login reward today and was pleased to see it was a new pack. However, there was no "open the pack" animation, the screen just went black. I did all I could (including waiting) but assumed the game must have locked up there, or something. So, closing and opening the app, I come back to see that nothing changed. I didn't get or open the pack. I know it' s just one pack, but every little bit helps... Thank you! I claimed today’s daily reward of 10 tickets, which were the last 10 I exactly needed for the forth copy of this week’s event card. But the animation for getting the card never popped up nor did I get my card even after a while and is still at 3. Could the support please fix this.
PVZ1 Endless Not Working
Not sure why this started happening, or if this is just an issue for me; but regardless I am unable to play Endless on PVZ1, on mobile. Clicking on the gamemode makes the game freeze, and then shut down about 3-4 seconds later. After a couple of attempts, an error message pops up on my phone, stating that "Plants vs. Zombies FREE is experiencing a bug. Please wait for the developer to release an updated version and resolve this issue". I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S23+, and want to make it clear that this is the only gamemode that does not work, however is the only one I play much of.
