F1 24 sudden game crash
hey, I have a problem with F1 24. While racing or exiting from watching replays, the game suddenly crashes and kicks me out of the game. Has anyone had a similar problem? I've already tried "Repairing" the game through the EA launcher and it didn't help I also tried updating the graphics card drivers and... It's still the same :(. (Graphic card is a Radeon RX 7600).
EA Racenet - Technical Issues [F1 24]
As of today, 3rd Jan '26, it's been 3 days since the Racenet Portal & Racenet App simultaneously experiencing technical issues, to be specific, Time Trial Leadboards empty, League Racing inaccessible, FanZone Tracking impossible... However, everything's fine [TT, Leagues, FanZone] when accessed in-game on PS5, and that's left me puzzled as to what might have caused this unexpected ' glitch '... Hope this issue gets resolved soon... BTW has anyone experienced anything of this sort lately or in the past, do reply below.. Thanks.. PS: Screenshots have been added for reference..
PS 5 versions of F1 23, 24, 25 crashed when in car setp menu
hello I don't know why every time i enter to see or change car setups, overheating warning appears, console fan speeds up and sometimes game crashes. it only happens on PS5 versions of the game. PS4 versions works smoothly and quietly. Unfortunately F1 25 is only on PS5 and I haven't bought it because of I got the same issue when tried a trial. Please help
F1 24 crashes in DX12 with AMD RX 7600 Eyefinity triple monitor
System: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Radeon RX 7600, 32 GB DDR4, Windows 11, Adrenalin 25.9.1 (also reproduced on 25.3.1). Repro steps: • Run the game in 5760×1080 resolution (Eyefinity triple‑monitor, 3×1080p @120 Hz) using DirectX 12. • Start a race — game often crashes at race start grid cutscene or end‑of‑race/podium sequence. • Symptom: screen freezes briefly, then game is terminated by EA Anti‑Cheat with error “f1_24.exe exited unexpectedly”. • Sometimes AMD software reports “Driver Timeout has occurred” (AMD Bug Report Tool). At worst, system hard‑freezes and requires restart. • Single‑monitor (1920×1080) runs stable in DX12 with same settings. • Workaround found: if I manually switch to 1920×1080 before start/finish cutscenes, the crash does not occur. Switching back to 5760×1080 mid‑race is possible and stable during gameplay. This confirms the issue is triggered specifically by cutscene/render transitions in Eyefinity DX12 mode, not hardware instability. Please escalate to Codemasters/AMD — reproducible with 100% consistency on RX 7600, and others have reported similar driver timeouts on Eyefinity + F1 titles.F1 has become unplayable
I keep getting Report Code: GDTJ-EPAM-VKPK-TGDD. Everytime i try and play f1 24. I have a moza r 12 and my ffb no longer works l. The game turns my base off almost every other turn no matter what I do. I even went as far as clearing all my drives and reinstalling everything yet still nothing I can not use my wheel base at all to play this game. It is absolutely ridiculous how **bleep**ed your game is on pc and I am fed up with this I just want to be able to play my game man and I can't. I even went and bought f125 thinking that would make a difference but nope still cant play it
F124 Crashing during pit Entry on practice (Driver Career)

The following information was included with the event: \Device\Video3 Error occurred on GPUID: 100 The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table" Event Logged: 26/03/2025 23:00:55 I've tried Driver rollbacks, Driver Display Uninstaller (DDU), Windows resets, Restart and Shutdowns on the PC, NONE have worked, same issue, always whenever I'm near the pit or entering, and I've reinstalled the game, nothing, other Intensive games such as Cities skylines 2 or Cyberpunk2077 have no issues, just F1 24 causing this issue, Even F1 23 is fine (BOTH installed Via EA, Not Steam), I used G-sync but I have tried it with it off aswell... even with minimal graphics settings. While playing game keeps crushing PC! I’ve tried everything (DDU, clean install, HAGS off, DX11, reset configs, overlays off, Windows updated) and F1 24 still crashes my PC completely after launch. Please escalate this issue. It is on F1 24 but also F1 25. It’s unacceptable that the game is unplayable despite all troubleshooting steps.
