season pass and world game
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but when I try to access the season pass or the World Game achievements, the game freezes completely and I can't claim the rewards from the pass or the World Game achievement. This has been happening since before the season pass even started, and it's very annoying because I can't progress in the pass.Game lag during and give 5 or 4 fps . Memory leak
Hi my game start to lag after some matches and this problem is solving . This problem is related to memory leak before update this problem happen after first half but now this problem happen after some games and i tell this problem to ea team more then 14 times but they didn't fix this problem. I request to ea team if can't solve this problem plz give me my money back I am waiting for almost 2 month so this problem get fix but this problem is not getting fixed . It’s been four weeks now. There are multiple threads and not the community managers at EA haven’t responded to anyone in two weeks. What is going on hereEA_EduEA_AljoEA_Abril ? You owe us all an explanation. Sky are saying this is an issue at your end. Surely, as paying customers, some of us spending 100s on this game can get an insight into your “investigation” and the conversations had with Sky?!!!! Sky has 6.5 million users, it’s the UKs second biggest company in EAs biggest market. How are you allowed to abandon your community like this? Where do we all stand legally, because your game just does not work! It’s time for some honestly, tell us what is going on and what is happening to help fix this issue. There are literally 1000s of people across multiple forum boards with the same issue. As many have said, there was a similar issue last year with BT, with EA blaming the ISP and it turned out it was an EA issue! Tell us what is going on and stop ignoring everyoneObjectives not counting in UT since Prime hero event
Day 13 that i cant enjoy UT because my objectives are not counting. Day 7 trying to solve it (forum and ea helps). I had 5 ea chat . The first one : they give me 4 things to do and it does not solve . The second : they say its a common problem and i have do wait. Third : they closed The chat saying that they cant do anything. Fourth : they said my problem is specific and they need to have an engineer in my ea to solve,so i have to wait. Today,The FIFTH time they give me a completely diferent answer (that my problem is with 1 objective especific ) . The sixth : they say that they will classify The problem as urgent My problem (already said it a lot of times ): All my objectives in UT are not counting since The Prime hero event ,when i completed The event 1 and did not received Pablo Aimar. Since that Day,i cant play ut and receive The objectives. Already lost all objectives in this Last 13 days I am starting to think that i am just a number for EA ,they dont care if i play the game or no,they dont care if im having fun...... So frustrating . I dont know what more i can do.Game is constantly freezing on loading screens (PS5)
The game ran smoothly for about 3 days when I got it in march. Now I have to do workarounds just to get to the main menu. If I don’t skip the connecting to ea servers part I get stuck at an endless black loading screen. Then if I want to access the season pass, I have to play a game unless it will just stay stuck on the background and never load. To get into player or manager career without it freezing I also have to skip the connecting to ea servers screen. Whenever I try to back out of ultimate team my game will freeze on either an endless black screen or another blank one with a background. I also dealt with a similar issue on FC25. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues or know a way to fix it?Freeze on ultimate team loading screen
Hi, after I update my ps5 today, I’m not able to enter to my ultimate team. When I click on ultimate team menu. It stuck and freeze on ultimate team loading screen forever. Please help me to solve this issue. Other online parts such as seasons are works perfectly fine. I saw other people experiencing the same issue. Thanks
FPS drops to 5-10 after first half - FC26
I have bought the game having the mindset to chill and play either career or UT all weekend to chill. But it seems EA had other plans. First half the game works smoothly, above 60 FPS. But suddenly as the second half starts the game FPS gets chopped to 10 or even less than that much FPS. I have tried to do all the fixes, but did not work. For the sake of not forfeiting, i had to play the game on a small sized window, which somehow gave me 20 FPS to alteast tie the matches. I did not expect from EA since i have been a hardcore FIFA/FC fan way back. The game is poorly optimized from the speculation. Please try to fix this as an update ASAP
