Hello, I am experiencing a persistent "Get Device Removed Reason" DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crash while trying to play EA Sports FC 26. My system: - GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x - RAM: 32 GB - PSU: MSI MAG A650BN (650W) - OS: Windows 10/11 The issue: - The game sometimes crashes before entering a match or shortly after starting one - I receive the error: DirectX error (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG) - It happens consistently and makes the game unplayable What I have already tried: - Clean driver reinstall using DDU - Installed an older, stable AMD driver (25.x.x) - Forced the game to run with DirectX 11 (-dx11 launch option) - Lowered graphics settings and capped FPS to 60 - Disabled all overlays (Steam, EA App, Discord) - Reset AMD Adrenalin settings to default - Tried undervolting and reducing GPU power usage Despite all of these steps, the issue still persists. At this point, it seems like a compatibility or optimization issue between the game and AMD GPUs (especially RX 6000 series). I would appreciate any help or official guidance on how to fix this problem. Thank you.13Views0likes0CommentsLag

Hello EA, I was playing my first Champions game today, but after halftime, a bug occurred. The screen is stuck showing only the pitch, supporters, and flags, with no way to continue the game. Please look into this issue, as I don’t want to lose a potential win due to this problem.9Views0likes0CommentsHelp !!!!!
So I’m running hardwired Comcast getting 1400 mbps . The problem for about two months is my online play went from 24ms. To now I can’t play a game lower than 36ms and with that it’s unstable. I’ve done tests thru the Comcast app on network it says latency for my network is 15ms. So how do I get my gameplay back down to a playable ping ?8Views0likes0CommentsScreen frozen in Career Manager offline
Has anyone encountered this? Playing FC 26 on an XBox X, offline Career Manager mode. Everything worked fine for days, then all of a sudden, when I went into the Squad Hub, everything froze with only the word "unavailable" displayed. All controls stopped working. When I reboot the device, I can play other EA games, so it's not a connectivity problem. But as soon as I bring up FC26, it goes straight back to this screen, with no way out. The game is now completely unplayable as a result. Is there a solution short of deleting and reinstalling the game? And if that's the only solution, is there a way to recover the saved career file so I don't have to start over?13Views0likes0CommentsFPS PROBLEM 5-10fps
Hello, I bought FC26 about a week ago. In any game mode – Ultimate Team, normal Career mode, Kick-Off – my FPS drops to 5-10 after the second half. When I researched a solution, I found that others experienced this same problem 5 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. I have an Nvidia RTX 3050Ti graphics card and an Intel i5 11400H processor. Currently, the game is unplayable. I purchased the TOTY version, and when I tried to return it after playing for 70 minutes, you refused my return. I just want to play the game and didn't want to return it. Please fix this problem. I will share an example video; the GPU suddenly reaches 100%. Sometimes, exiting and re-entering Ultimate Team improves the situation, or some users have reported that alt-tabbing the game fixes it. After experiencing this problem, when I completely close the game and start another one, I also encounter FPS drops every 4-5 seconds, so I need to restart my computer. I wanted to mention this as well. Example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeUMSQ-b8Zo&t=15s104Views0likes4CommentsFC 26 Crashing and restarting PC
I bought EA FC 26 in November and was playing the game without any issues until last week aprox. Since then, the game constantly crashes during any online game mode (Rivals, Champions, Rush, etc...). This can happen at any moment of the match, and also in the pause menu, and sometimes in the store (xdn't). I don't know why this happens. I think it's an anticheat issue, but I already tried everything (list below) and the issue persists. Disgusting company. I was playing at 1440p, 90fps, 100MHz, borderless and high settings, WITHOUT ANY ISSUE until last week. Changes I made that didn't work: - Medium settings. - Fullscreen. - 60 FPS, 60 MHZ, no vsync, on vysnc. - Nvidia control panel specific settings. - drx11 - Reinstalling. - Reinstalling EA App. - Verifying files. - Resinstalling Anticheat from the .exe - Disabling any overlay (Steam, Nvidia, Overwolf, etc...) - Killing other processes (Vanguard, easy, etc....) - Moving the game from HDD to SSD. - Adding the files to the exclusion settings, firewall permissions and folder reads. - Executing everything as administrator. - I don't have any temperature issues in the CPU or GPU. Actually, CPU are GPU don't even reach 80% usage. - Other REALLY demanding games in high/ultra specs as Cyberpunk, RDR2, MH Wilds, etc... works fine without issues. - Other competitive games work fine without disabling/killing the external process (Warzone, Valorant. Apex) Additionally, I have the virtualization and safe boot enabled because I need to work with WSL, so, disabling these settings is not an option. However, I'm sure these are not a problem because I was playing and working until last week without any issues. But I preferred to mention it. My specs are: Ryzen 7 5700X RTX 3060 DDR4 32GB RAM 3200mhz That said, could EA provide a solution? Or if anyone in the community was able to fix it (although all the strategies above were taken from Reddit and the EA forums). I attached the logs found in the event viewer. Thanks to the community, it is the only good thing in this disgusting indie company.377Views3likes5CommentsCritical Issues Affecting Gameplay Experience in FC26
I would like to report several critical issues that are significantly impacting the overall gameplay experience in FC26. The game frequently disconnects me from matches while I am winning, due to apparent server instability. This results in unfair losses. Network performance is highly inconsistent. The game experiences frequent lag spikes, with ping reaching up to 400 ms. In some cases, matches start with missing opponent players, followed by a full game crash. Online gameplay suffers from severe input delay, making controls feel unresponsive and unreliable. There are clear UI/logic issues, such as “undefined” and “null” values appearing in tactics and other areas. These issues raise serious concerns about the level of quality assurance and testing conducted prior to release. Additionally: The AI behavior appears inconsistent and unrealistic, with poor player reactions that negatively affect gameplay quality. Core game logic feels flawed in multiple scenarios. Overall, the experience is neither stable nor enjoyable due to the accumulation of these problems. It is particularly frustrating to receive warnings for leaving matches when, in reality, the disconnections are caused by server-side issues. Given the reputation of your company, a more stable and polished product is expected. Even significantly older titles delivered a more consistent and reliable experience. At its current state, FC26 provides a very poor user experience, and I strongly recommend addressing these issues as a priority.28Views0likes1Comment
