Gameplay crash and lagging despite stable connection and Supportive RAM.
Hello FC mobile I'm currently experiencing a problem whereby when the game is in play or whether I'm playing against an opponent, it reaches are certain point whereby the game on my side lags or it's just becomes slow and I cannot control my players though my connection is strong since it's above 115 MS .So what maybe the problem or can you just fix this because I have a device that has a RAM of 12 GB so it cannot be the RAM that it's low or not able to support the game. Can you tell me what the problem is since I usually experience this in 60% of the games I play: yet my device is supportable and my connection is stable....plz reply10Views0likes2CommentsMysterydrop
Hi EA Support, I am writing because I lost 1,000 Star Shards due to a game-freezing glitch in The World's Game (TWG) Mystery Drop event. I spent 250 event tokens on the Mystery Drop to claim 1,000 Star Shards. However, the game froze during the animation, forcing me to restart the app. When I logged back in, my 250 event tokens were gone, and the game showed a pop-up saying "1k star shards claimed". However, the 1,000 shards were never actually added to my total wallet balance. Please check my account logs and restore the 1,000 Star Shards that I paid 250 tokens for. I have been unable to play FC Mobile on my Realme 12+ since I bought the phone. Every time I open the game, it shows "Login Failed - We've failed to log-in. Please try again. Error: 0x00000001" before the EA login screen appears. My FC Mobile account works perfectly on another device, so the issue is only on my Realme 12+. I have already tried: Reinstalling the game Clearing app data and cache Restarting the phone Using both Wi-Fi and mobile data Updating the game and phone software The issue still persists.
