Game won't launch on PS5.
Open's the splash page, can press Play Game and second splash page with Skate title appears. Then goes to black when trying to load the game. Won't even load into the main start screen. I've tried everything from reinstalling, rebuilding the database, clearing cache, and factory reset. Still won't load into the game. Please help!!
skipping replay of challenge last second locks my game
when holding to skip a replay of a challenge last second the game recognizes it and skips all animations but my character is stuck in whatever position I was last in and leaves up the 2 buttons at the bottom. this has happened multiple times it basically freezes and I could probably recreate it. no buttons work during this. I have to fully close my game to get out of it
Stuck on black screen upon launching game
This has been an issue since early beta access days…It seemed fixed for a bit, but lately it’s happening again. When I launch Skate from Steam, it gets stuck on an all black screen and it completely freezes my PC. I have to hard reset my PC just to get it working again. The “fix” is to open another application, then windows tab over when Skate is done launching. Please fix this, as this could be affecting many people’s PCs. It’s almost as if y’all don’t even read or check these forums or listen to any feedback whatsoever, it’s so baffling.BSOD caused by switching from fortnite to skate. EAC Problem.
BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B) happened when switching between Fortnite to Skate. WinDbg shows "nt!SwapContext+0x3e0" and Easy Anti Cheat drivers loaded/unloaded at the time. Seems like a kernel crash possibly related to Easy Anti Cheat could you investigate? Easy Fix: If EA doesn't fix this anyone this having the same problem, the solution would just to restart your computer between switching from Fortnite to Skate : )
The game keeps hitting 100% on the processor.
Good afternoon, Skate. I'm having a problem with the game's processing. For two weeks now, whenever I start the game, my processor hits 100% and I can't play. The game gets very slow—actually, everything in the game becomes slow—and the FPS stays between 20 and 15. I can't understand how a 9GB game like this can cause that. I tested with several Steam games and opened the heaviest ones I had, which were PSO2 and Cyberpunk, and at most they hit 70% processor usage. So, please, is there no way to look into this issue or release a patch to fix this bug? Because I'm not the only one having this problem. So, that's the bug I wanted to report. And one more detail: the resolution settings keep resetting, and every time I teleport, the character switches from goofy to regular
Stuck on loading screen
My Skate game has been stuck on the black loading screen with the skate logo across it in white for the past day. I play on an xbox series s and have restarted it multiple times and completely shut it down a few times too.
