Please fix the game
As an EA FC player and former FIFA player I genuinely am concerned about the player matchmaking and the future of gameplay online for this series. I’m either winning 10-0 or losing 10-0 in champions, rivals, drafts, rush, even friendlies. The game is only consistent in squad battles where the user can control the games difficulty for the computer opponent. This leads me to believe that there is no control of who can end up in a match with the current matchmaking logic. If player plays at a certain level for example (a player uses a specific set of skills or button sequences.) then this should equate to a higher level of skill. You cannot base your matchmaking solely on wins and loses as this will lead to an imbalance of gameplay 9/10 times. Someone with 10000 wins and 5000 losses is not at the same level of gameplay as someone with 10 wins and 5 loses. please do us all a favor and read this post so we can fix the game together and have a more positive community.Season Pass - 500 000 coins
i worked hard yesterday in order to accumulate 500000 coins to buy the season pass. And after I accumulate. I exited my game on console and opened FC companion app. I try purchasing season pass and it gives me an error saying i am unable to purchase, but to my surprise i wake up today i have 1000 coins left and I dont have no season pass? What happened why is ea not giving me my season pass or coins back?Being disconnected by cheaters
I keep getting disconnected ONLY in matches against people who are losing and disconnect on purpose. This has taken many games and objective rewards from me. Most recently on Footies daily play, can you please help me reclaim them and in general find another method to deal with this issue which I understand is quite common. It ruins the game for legit players."It has not been possible to connect to the EA servers."
I have just been kicked out to the main menu halfway through 2 freindly matches in Ultimate Team with this error. I thought this was fixed for PC players yesterday? My internet is fine. Other games are fine. At this point it's a joke because current UT objectives require completing all 4 available daily Friendly Cup games to earn rewards which is made impossible by your server issues - but of course there is no talk of compensation, no relaxing of objectives and not even an apology. It's ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar company can't run adequate servers for a game that earns so much from its paying customers!

It takes me to the main menu almost every 2 minutes. I don't have any internet disconnection problems. I tried other games and didn't experience any problems. Even if I'm idle in ultimate team, it takes me to the main menu and I can't enter the matches. [Edit, EN only please - CM]
