Rethinking the MongoCorp Security
As i've understood from the story, the city has been freed and turned to a place precisely for skaters. Provoking security in the old skate games added to the fun of exploring and skating inbetween challenges. what if there's a rise of some kind of „skate haters“ or conversatives that want to suck the fun out of the city? like the ministry in Shaun White Skateboarding. As you start the game, the world is cold and grey and you bring the fun and colors back with the power of skateboarding. Maybe you could provoke them to chase you? Rewards and setting records for time of getting chased and how many are after you, dodging people attacking you, some kind of leaderboard like a blacklist. More difficult line challenges with bearings in „danger zones“. Trick mechanics to defend yourself on-board, Maybe with footplants or the judo grab. In the old games your arms and legs would bend to tolerate a little collision with the world instead of bailing. I'm guessing that would be difficult to develop without glitches, but in my mind that could be VERY fun if done right.
New game mode
Hello, I really appreciate the Skate franchise. However, your cooperative game modes are incredibly boring — most people just prefer to skate around and complete their own challenges. I was quite surprised to see that the classic SKATE game mode isn’t available. It would be great to add it, since that’s the game people actually play when they go to the skatepark. It would also be nice to have a mode where, for a limited time, players try to get the best score. That would create a simple and fun way for everyone to give their best. It would also be great if we could launch the game modes mentioned above within a custom area defined by the group leader — and be able to create that area in a creative view, since sometimes your preset zones are too small compared to the overall design of the map. This game is so bad in comparison to the rest of the skates. The amount of inconsistency with speed and flips and accuracy and grinding. Literally it all. Not to mention the ground constantly eating your jumps so you go an inch of the ground and slam into something. Oh but don’t worry your stupid **bleep** pass is fully function so everyone can spend hundreds for literally no reason. Classic 2025 gaming garbage wrapped up in nostalgia. Disgusting worthless company
A weird physic bug
I try to do a trick it either gives massive speed boost or flings me up a big https://www.xbox.com/play/media/sbbcEnC4U7 this is speed boost i get flinged upwards as well trying to do it i have done this mutiple times diffrent outcomes like I keep all speed but do a instant 60 degree turn
Word of Advice . . .
If your Sim is up for a Starlight Accolade, and you forget that when your Sims' son needed a microphone for an announcement right after he placed his Tile on the Avenue of Stars . . . it's a good idea to remove that extra microphone before you leave the lot. My Sim was sitting in chairs awaiting the start of the show, yet he and his wife were the only ones in the third-floor studio, when the notice popped up that another Sim had won an award. 😮 Say, what? Nobody's here. All I could think of was, which new mod or piece of cc is interfering, now? I decided to exit without saving, the only rational thing to do, when on my way to the ground floor, I stopped to remove the microphone the other star was standing before receiving her award. That's when it hit me. It's a little like having more than one wedding arch on the same lot. IT MALFUNCTIONS. So, just keep in mind if you play Get Famous, not to leave another microphone on a different portion of the same lot. You can have two, so long as they're both on the stage.
