When Your Sim Knows No Boundaries . . .
The Ask Advice is totally autonomous. Sadly, if you decide to add something to that Sim's queue, the advice is never fulfilled, it just disappears. Well, I have learned, so I let the sixteen-year-old third son of the king seek the advice, he was after. All I can say is it must have been urgent. The boy finds his father on a different throne, yet he barges in anyway. I laughed because it was rather funny. The king seemed to take it in stride, even so. Please share those wacky moments when your Sims seem to drop all sense of protocol and manners and blithely barge in . . .

Do you ever capture pictures from fun or awkward situations in your game? Often my sims will make me smile just because they did position weirdly, making a totally normal situation look funny. - Hello again, Hairdresser, I got a complaint! Your solution turned out to be unpractical. Are you sure I can't have a ponytail, without the horse?
The Grove Pack Legacy Challenge (Updated 6-23-2026)

My King has a task (under his noble duties) to ask his Noble Advisor for advice. Well, this is the second time she stated that he was a 'strong leader, and how unfortunate he didn't have any children to continue his legacy. Would he like to try tonight?' Or words to that effect. You cannot continue playing until you choose which of two responses to go with. Why don't you just put me in a box? At any rate, I had to select Not at this time . . . You should have seen the Queen's face. Crestfallen! Hit me, hurt me, make me write bad checks. The truth of the matter is that they still have five quarters to go to finish their degrees. There's room in the castle, now that half of the family has moved out. Thing is Birthday Week. And when asked and answered, it was Kayleigh's birthday. Erik took the four of them plus the Golden family out to dinner, ordered the cake and once all four (The triplets and Joey) aged up, Erik turned his attention to his father-in-law, asking if ever thought of expanding the family or however it's worded. The response I got was hilarious. "Well, I don't know I'd have to speak to my wife first." So, in the dialogue in my head, the King said, "No, I was referring to my wife and me. Our family." Basically, he got nowhere. Oh, you Silly Sims! Now, I'm a little shy about having him ask his Advisor for advice. Face/palm. I caught a really cute picture that made me think this would be a fun thread. Please post pictures of your Sim(s) that you caught breaking that proverbial fourth wall. For those who may be unsure of what this theatrical term means, it's when the Sim appears to be looking right at the player. Here is the picture I found so adorable.
