Wrongfully Banned,No penalty history and NO Ban email
Hello, all Apex legend enthusiasts around the world! After a whole month of trial and error, I have decided to turn to the experts on this forum for help. About two weeks ago, I was suddenly removed from an Apex Legends match because of an account issue. Shortly afterward, the only email I received was a report feedback email about another player I had reported. I never received a warning email or a ban notification email. When I tried to log in again, I found that my account had been permanently banned for violating the rules related to game enhancement. I had been playing Apex Legends for nearly two months. I am a new player with a K/D of around 0.3, and I mainly played Mixtape mode to practice my aim. I have never used cheats, hacks, macros, or any third-party software.I submitted multiple appeals, but they were all denied. Recently, I noticed something even more confusing: my game still says my account is banned, but my EA Penalty History page no longer shows any penalties. Has anyone experienced a situation like this? Is it possible for the Penalty History to be empty while the account is still banned? I would really appreciate any advice or explanation. After stating my apeals,I also want to show my great Apex experience. I am currently studying abroad by myself, and games have been one of the few ways for me to relax after school. I have never been particularly good at competitive games, so there are not many games that I stick with for long.I used to play League of Legends, and one of my close friends recommended Apex Legends to me. At first, I was terrible. My K/D was only around 0.16, and I lost almost every fight. But instead of giving up, I kept playing Mixtape to practice my aim. Even though I am still not a great player, I gradually improved to the point where I could finally win some 1v1 fights. That progress gave me a real sense of achievement. When I reached level 36, I was lucky enough to get an Heirloom Shard Pack. My friends even joked that the game felt sorry for my low K/D. Moments like that made me love Apex even more. That is why this ban has been so difficult for me to accept. It feels like something I genuinely enjoyed was suddenly taken away, even though I know I never used cheats or any third-party software.I have already tried every appeal process available to me, but I have not been able to resolve this. That is why I came to the forums, hoping someone might be able to offer advice or point me in the right direction. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read my post.WHY NO REGION LOCK??
seriously?? I haven't gotten an answer to this yet and I've asked like 5 times... People need to stop using VPN's and spoofers to hide cheats and join other servers, you need to crack down on this. I can notice a huge change in how many smurfs are aimbotting me at 9pm onwards each night, please actually do something about the cheatingStop putting unfilled teams into modes
seriously, just wait til we're full, it probably takes an extra 10 seconds... You just dropped me into wildcard as a solo, so after waiting all that time to que, get into the game, and then actually try playing I ended up just getting smoked by the first full team and had to reque anyway making it all completely pointless. Why do you not wait til everyone has a full 3 squad???Stop Wrongfully Banning Innocent Apex Players!
EA’s team treats everyone the same when it comes to bans, whether you’re a legitimate player or a cheater. I sent ten emails in total, but all were blocked by automated systems. I registered six new accounts, yet every single one got banned right away. Why does an ordinary person who simply loves this game and hopes to go pro keep running into one obstacle after another? I’ve put in over 6,000 hours playing Apex Legends, plus nearly 1,000 hours on aim training software. I spend hours every day practicing recoil control in the firing range. I thought if my main account got wrongfully banned, I’d just let it go and start fresh with a new one. But every new account I create gets banned immediately. I sincerely hope the official team will see my appeal and lift the hardware ID ban on my device. I love my life, and I love Apex Legends more than anything. I can overlook all the issues — unaddressed cheaters, poor server performance, bad game optimization and everything else. I hold no grudges about any of that. Please just stop banning my accounts. I truly love playing this game. With my hardware ID blocked, I have absolutely no way to play anymore. I bought this brand-new computer on loan specifically to maintain a steady 240 FPS. I’ve only had it for a month. I have been playing this game since Season 7, when Horizon Hero was just released, and now it is already Season 29. There is no way I would cheat. ... I was reported 152 times in one month, not because I was cheating The thing I am preparing to do is start a livestream to promote the game Apex. We are mutually beneficial.322Views1like14CommentsWhat is happening with your game this week - cheaters in lobby
Did your anticheat team take a break? There was 3 weeks at least where I barely saw a cheater and this week its like half the lobbies! Can you please permaban these people? or make the game cost at least $5 to stop the waves of smurf accounts I've been fighting recently? Or, at the very least, give us some way to stop these selfish and immature players from being joined to our squad - I don't want anyone who's THAT disrespectful to their team mates to be put on my team and I usually solo queue. I'm beyond fed up w/this bad behavior.Every Apex Pred is cheating on console
I’m honestly at the point where I don’t even know why I bother grinding ranked anymore. Every day I queue into Predator lobbies and see the same players with impossible recoil control, perfect tracking, and zero consequences. Whether it’s Cronus, XIM, Zens, strike packs, or whatever else people are using, it’s becoming more obvious that something is seriously wrong at the top of console ranked. What’s even more frustrating is that the community reports the same names over and over again, yet they’re still there day after day farming RP like nothing happened. It makes the report system feel completely useless. Why should legitimate players spend hundreds of hours improving their aim, positioning, and game sense when others can plug in a device and gain an advantage? At this point, Respawn should start at the top and investigate Predator players first. If someone is competing for the highest rank in the game, they should be held to the highest standard. Work down from Pred, Master, and the rest of the ladder. Clean up the top, and the rest of ranked benefits. Predator is supposed to represent the best Apex players on console. Instead, it feels like a competition to see who can get away with the most. The integrity of ranked is disappearing, and the silence from Respawn only makes the community more frustrated. Something needs to change because right now console ranked doesn’t feel competitive—it feels compromised.
