Need help PLEASE (don't know where else to get it)
Hey guys, this might be a bit out of place but I've got an issue here. I attempted to play Apex with some friends for the first time in over 5 years. According to steam, February 2021. However I am BANNED. So I reach out to EA to appeal the ban and it's for "gameplay enhancement" in October of 2023. I have 0 playtime around then that I can remember. I do not believe it was a software on my computer in the background, as I'm not banned from any other games. Not in a braggadocios way, but I do not cheat in video games. However I see while inside eas support that I have 2 other bans for FIFA 21 and football manager (I DONT OWN EITHER GAME). I appealed my apex ban, because I want to play the game after 5 years, and ea resposnds with "no we're not lifting it" and no futher explanation of what I did. If anyone can help that would be amazing, I'd love to stop watching the boys duo queue and actually play.
Abysmal Apex/EA Player Support Experience
I’m just wondering if I should expect every issue I have that I reach out about to be responded to by an ai agent, denied escalation, and then disconnected? I’m wondering why there isn’t a phone number? Why are we treated like pieces of garbage that you guys get to milk for every penny we have? Why is it like this, and why are we as the players expected to accept the monetization conditions and lack of accountability this team provides?
This game would have been better off without any update ever released, Literally
Heres a recap if your missing out, Octanes still annoying and op, Horizons still toxic and outperforming the rest. Axle is...Well she is still Axle. Alter is a must pick in literally any serious game. Realize that all those are skirmishers? yea the devs at respawn are all busy making the most picked characters better without ever wondering why they are most picked. I barely ever see someone whos an assault or recon in any of my team comp. I got a feeling that there must be some dumba** whos calling the shots on the other side because this aint even a game design. Literally if any single game ever gets released thats close to apex then ea might say bye bye to their whole fanbase.BUFF REV
I have to say this one more time Bring rev to his original state of the game or just buff him. His jump is terrible his ultimate is nothing, it's simply useless in the game nowadays, what's the point of having it? It takes loads to recharge when you down someone when it's activated. Listen to the community NO ONE LIKES HIS KIT! I REPEAT NO ONE You keep buffing him but his kit is simply dead when axle is around JUST BRING SILENCE SKILL ALREADY
Bots in Pubs way too accurate.
Let’s start with the fact that there are so many bots that there is obviously a player problem… but that said, how is it that bots in these lobbies first drop with guns from the rip! How is that even remotely fair?!?! Given that, they also snap to you regardless of where you are and have insane precision!! This is absolutely stupid to play in pub lobbies anymore. It’s either sweaty ranked lobbies where there are so many cheaters and smurfs or play in pubs with nothing but bots that can hit you with any gun from 25+ meters with Pred level accuracy… come on Apex. And before all this hate of get good whatever garbage wants to flood this forum, I don’t care! This game is not my life. I play games to have fun and at one point Apex was fun. The bots move like garbage, shoot like a Pred and act in the dumbest ways possible. Either get rid of the bots or make them fodder, but this current bot idea is just dumb.🔥 200+ Ping Makes Apex Unplayable at Southern Africa
Dear Respawn and EA Team, I am creating this post to raise an important issue affecting Apex Legends players across Southern Africa, particularly players in Mozambique and neighboring countries. Many of us have stable, high-speed Internet connections, yet we are frequently forced to play with 200–220+ ms ping because of the lack of suitable server infrastructure and/or network routing options in our region. This is not simply an inconvenience. In a highly competitive game like Apex Legends, this level of latency creates a significant competitive disadvantage. What are we experiencing? Players in Southern Africa regularly experience: 200–220+ ms ping despite having good Internet connections; Losing gunfights even when reacting and shooting first; Shots that visually hit an enemy but fail to register properly; Inconsistent hit registration; Delayed damage registration; Enemies appearing to take damage later than expected; Delayed interaction with the game world; Unstable and frustrating experiences in Ranked and competitive matches. At this level of latency, reaction time and server registration become extremely difficult to manage. The important question We understand that server infrastructure is a complex issue and that Respawn cannot necessarily place servers in every country. However, we would like to ask: Could Respawn and EA investigate the server infrastructure and network routing available to Southern Africa and explore ways to provide players in this region with a more balanced and competitive latency experience? Could this include: Evaluating the possibility of servers closer to Southern Africa; Improving international network routing; Investigating connectivity between Southern African ISPs and Apex data centers; Exploring additional regional server locations; Improving matchmaking based on latency where possible; Investigating whether a regional solution could significantly reduce the 200+ ms latency experienced by many players. We are not asking for an advantage We are not asking Respawn or EA to give African players preferential treatment. We are asking for a fair competitive environment. A player in Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi or another Southern African country should not have to compete against players with dramatically lower latency simply because there is no suitable server infrastructure nearby. A difference between approximately 30–60 ms and 200–220+ ms can have a very noticeable impact in close-range gunfights and other situations where milliseconds matter. To the Southern African Apex community If you are experiencing the same problem, please leave a comment and give this post a Kudos. Please mention your: Country; Typical Apex ping; Internet provider; Apex data center you normally connect to; Whether the problem occurs consistently or at particular times. The more players who report the same issue, the clearer it becomes that this is not an isolated problem. We love Apex Legends and want to continue playing and supporting the game. However, for many players in Southern Africa, playing with 200+ ms latency is becoming extremely frustrating and, in competitive situations, practically unbearable. We respectfully ask Respawn and EA to investigate this issue and consider possible solutions for Southern Africa. Can Southern Africa get a fairer connection to Apex Legends? We would really appreciate an official response from the Respawn/EA team regarding whether improvements to regional servers, routing, or matchmaking based on latency are being considered. In order to master a weapon, you must complete 5 challenges and reach Level 100 for that particular weapon. Shotguns, SMGs, Assault Riffles, Marksman, Snipers, LMGs, and Pistols all resemble close to the same amount of kills needed to complete each weapons challenges. However, because the Kraber is a care package weapon that doesn't show up until later in the game (and not always a guarantee it will show up), the kill amount is halved compared to the other snipers. Furthermore, after the removal of mythic bins, the odds of finding a Kraber are now even less than before. For the last 2 seasons, I've made it a priority to pickup the Kraber in every match (Ranked, Wildcard, Mixtape, & Bot Mode), and I've only leveled up the Kraber maybe 10 levels. Please, lower the Kraber to level 50 for completion. Even in BOT Mode, where you can rack up the most XP for the Kraber, 5 or 6 kills barely gets you near 1000 XP. Each weapon level is 5000 XP in order to upgrade. The fact that mythic bin was removed from the game, and care packages not being a Kraber guarantee, makes this Kraber level 100 task near impossible.
