P2020 HammerpointRounds bug Report getting banned
Hello EA Terms of Service Team, I am appealing my Apex Legends ban and asking for a manual review. My EA ID is: [hour6767] Platform: [Steam] Date/time of issue: [2026.06.09 - 10:55:53 PM] I believe this ban may be related to a bug I encountered with the P2020 and Hammerpoint Rounds. I was not using cheats, third-party software, scripts, macros, injectors, or any tool to modify Apex Legends. I encountered what looked like an in-game bug and was trying to understand/report it, but my account was banned afterward. I understand now that reproducing a bug in a live game can look like exploiting, and I should have reported it without trying it further. I did not intend to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt other players. Please review my account activity, match logs, and anti-cheat data manually. If the ban was triggered because of the P2020 Hammerpoint Rounds bug, I respectfully ask that the penalty be reconsidered. I was kicked from the match before it even started, and then I received a forfeit penalty. This is extremely frustrating, and since it causes me to lose a significant amount of RP, I want this fixed immediately. Also, shouldn’t RP compensation be mandatory? We’re paying to play, so isn’t it only fair to show that kind of consideration?Anti-Cheat Authentication Error – Game Freezes and Kicks Me Out
Platform: PC (EA App) Issue: For the past 2 days, every time I try to launch Apex Legends, I receive the following error message: “The client is not running the anti-cheat or has failed the anti-cheat authentication.” After this, the game freezes during loading and then kicks me out. Steps I’ve Already Tried: Restarted my PC multiple times Set the anti-cheat executable to run as Administrator Repaired the game through the EA App Deleted the anti-cheat file and repaired the game again to force a reinstall Verified that no firewall/antivirus is blocking the game Result: None of these steps resolved the issue. The game consistently fails to authenticate anti-cheat and will not let me play. Expected Behavior: The game should launch normally and allow me to connect without failing anti-cheat authentication. when the Gundam collab event was going on i bought both the hot rod and the beam saber. at the time i didn't have enough exotic shards to buy all the beam saber recolors. i got back on apex today, since I have been pretty busy, in order to buy the last recolor i needed. then i saw there was no option too. I figured since i already bought out the event and most of the recolors, I could buy the last one i was missing later.
