I agree it's a bad launch, but....
But we have to realize the game is in "early access" and early access means they're allowed to release a game we waited 15 years for that doesn't work whatsoever constantly kicking everyone out, inconsistent mechanics, unfinished cosmetics, less tricks than the previous games, and much, much, much more. Atleast give me NPCs that skate and aren't dressed the same? Maybe some voice actors that care about their role? Maybe realize you're a multi-billion dollar company and you don't need to squeeze currency from your player-base and allow offline play? Maybe get rid of stupid Javelin Anticheat to run the game on steam decks and VMs? Maybe, just maybe try and listen to your community? I don't know about the devs of the game, but EA sucks. When you try to do the last tutorial mission when you need to ollie off a ramp then spin then do a ollie 180 it attempts to teleport me and when that happens the game puts me to a black screen, I can see my friends getting on and offline and can hear the game audio but can't move or the black screen wont go away. If I wait on the black screen for long enough it will kick me out for being "afk" its hard locking me from unlocking the shop feature to level up and is not letting me unlock any other missions.
