every game I play disconnects at the end and kicks me out of ultimate team. If I win, lose, they quit or I quit. I automatically get booted from ultimate. Is there a fix ? I tried uninstalling the game and re downloading it but nothin. I can't find anyone to appeal to, and I have an Ultimate Team on my EA account that I've put a lot of effort into, but I can't play matches with it because PlayStation banned me for messages I didn't send. Issue 1: Connection drop at the start of matches Whenever I play Ultimate Team tournaments with a friend and my team is the away team, the game kicks me out of the match at the 5-second mark. This happens specifically in tournament modes like "Sudamerica" or the "Europe" tournament released today, as well as in "Triple Threat." However, this does not happen in Rivals. Issue 2: Inconsistent match counting after disconnection There is an issue with how match records are updated after a disconnection: The friend who sends the invite loses the match and it counts toward their total games played. The guest player does not receive a loss, and the match is not counted at all. Example: Both players start with 15/15 matches remaining. If we play as the away team and lose the connection, the host ends up with 14/15, while the guest remains at 15/15. Matchmaking is bad. You a causal player but face people that have all the greatest players in the game and your squad is filled with gold players. This needs to be addressed. I spent unnecessary money on purchasing a game I played for 20 hours all that time was spent on career mode due to the fact that losing is the only thing I am doing in ultimate team. I am at a point where I feel like rather spending my on money on cheats and hacks then face you guys on not fixing the game. And I am sure I will do so if things are not addressed. Well done EA, you’ve done everything possible to turn this game into a copy of FC 25. This is the worst matchmaking I’ve experienced since I started playing your games! Every pass is wrong I press left and my player passes to the right or forward. I don’t even want to comment on player switching instead of selecting the closest player, it switches to someone farther away, which makes no sense.Every opponent I face in Gauntlet has R9, Smith, and Pina. Some random Georges is outrunning Adeyemi with 97 pace. But the worst thing about all of this is the community. Until we, the players, start helping each other, the game will stay at this level! These shots genuinely ruin the game. I don't and won't play comp anymore because it's just 98% finese cut backs or insane looking shots from outside the box. It forces me to only use tall keepers because keepers that are my favorite and I've evod, but I simply can't use him because he actually lets 100% of finesse shots in. This game is in shambles, and I'm so over this absurd game. It's the same thing over and over. Worse than watching the prem. As an Arsenal fan. I have almost 300 hours in EA FC 26, but I experience this FPS drop issue every time. Electronic Arts supposedly promised to address player demands this year, but there's almost no new content for PC players. Please either fix this optimization problem or don't release the game on PC until you do. If you do release it, please do it properly. You don't seem to read the comments; you've just made two ridiculous in-game improvements and essentially abandoned the game. We expect a reaction from the authorities to resolve this as soon as possible. It's not impossible; the company has millions of programmers. Haven't they ever played the game on a PC? Look it up, and if it doesn't work, create a better version and release it on PC. It's not that difficult. We expect a solution as soon as possible. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post.
