Sims medieval redeem not working
https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html whenever i try to redeem my code for the sims medieval. I can't fully enter the code because the code is 5*4 characters while on thesims3.com it's only 4*4 characters long. i also tried adding it on the ea app and thats where it told me to try and redeem it on thesims3 store

My Black Friday gift to myself..
It will be an interesting read, but it's an US recipe book, so most recipes use different boxes of cake mix and other different mixes that cannot be found anywhere else, so most recipes are useless for us who are used to cook from real ingredients.
